| Am I the only one that thinks MJ is weird and that the bitch just wants his money. The kid lied in court and the family has had a history of doing that crap to get cash....Yes MJ is weird...but if he looked black and not the way he is now would the case go a different way? |

| Honestly, I'm not sure if he molested the children or not. To me, part of the problem is the parents fault. I mean why would you even let your kid stay at a man's house that you barely even know let alone sleep in the same bed? The "victim's" parents knew he was sleeping in the same bed and didn't have a problem with it. He may be Michael Jackson but that doesn't mean he's perfect or doesn't molest little boys.
He paid off one kid's family already; and, to me, that doesn't seem right. If you weren't guilty why would you pay off the family to keep their mouths shut? Then you have the fact maybe he just didn't want to cause any chaos. Well, I believe he should have faced his problem, and if he wasn't guilty he shouldn't have paid the family off. To me it makes him look even more guilty to the world.
So the kid may be lying, and the family may just want his money. Michael Jackson still has something a little wrong up in the membrane. He needs help. Guilty or not it doesn't change the fact he needs help. |

| PJ'd Jacko late for trial Pop star nearly jailed for delaying hearing
By AP
SANTA MARIA, Calif. -- Michael Jackson went AWOL from his child molestation trial yesterday and was nearly jailed. He finally showed up more than an hour late, in his pyjama bottoms and slippers, to listen to his accuser's second day of testimony.
The judge apparently did not punish Jackson for his tardiness, which his lawyer blamed on a serious back problem that required treatment at a hospital.
Jackson's late arrival occurred be-fore his 15-year-old accuser testified about drinking liquor with the pop singer and looking at sex magazines with him.
He also said he once saw Jackson walk in to the room naked.
The jury heard only brief remarks from Judge Rodney Melville about the drama that unfolded at the start of the day, when defence lawyer Thomas Mesereau Jr. announced Jackson's back problem.
Before Jackson showed up, the judge said he was issuing an arrest warrant and might revoke his $3-million US bail.
But he told the lawyer he would hold the warrant for one hour to give the defendant time to get to court.
A distressed Jackson arrived a few minutes after the hour was up, walking gingerly into court wearing slippers, a suit jacket over a T-shirt and pyjama bottoms -- a far cry from the carefully selected, flamboyant outfits he usually wears to court.
"Mr. Jackson had a medical problem and it was necessary for me to order his appearance," Melville told jurors, adding he didn't want the panel to draw any negative inferences from the developments.
The incident marked yet another strange twist in case that has seen its share of unusual events.
When Jackson was ar-raigned in January 2004, the judge admonished him for arriving late and requesting a bathroom break.
Last month, during the first week of jury selection, Jackson went to a hospital with flu symptoms, delaying the proceedings for a week.
Prosecutors allege Jackson, 46, molested the then-13-year-old cancer survivor at Neverland in 2003, gave him alcohol and conspired to hold his family captive to get them to rebut a damaging TV documentary in which Jackson said he shared his bed with children.
On the stand, the accuser occasionally glanced across the courtroom at Jackson, who appeared tired.
The witness told the jury that at some point Jackson showed him sexually explicit magazines. |

| Its getting worse. Ugh.
The judge at Michael Jackson's trial has barred prosecutors from showing the jury evidence of pornographic images stored on the singer's computers.
Judge Rodney Melville said the material did not relate to the time-frame of the trial and that it was impossible to know who had looked at it. |

| Its got worse for Michael.
The judge in Michael Jackson's child molestation trial said on Monday he would allow prosecutors to introduce evidence relating to five previous incidents of alleged abuse by the pop star.
"I'm going to permit testimony with regard to sexual offenses and alleged pattern of grooming activity by the defendant," Santa Barbara County Superior Court Judge Rodney Melville said in a key ruling. |
