Since that doesn't seem to be the case then no , its not aimed towards you, its aimed towards the people who are such big fans that they can't see the possiblilty that it may indeed be true and just call the children who accused him and thier parent's names. The people who say it that its okay that he sleeps with kids and dangles his child of the balcony. I think those people could see him kill a person in front of him and because he made Thriller say it was quite all right. |

| His Ex wife is going to testify against him. On the other hand, the person claiming the allegation had a case kicked out before. It's so 50/50 I almost can't bear to watch. |

| What I find suspicious about her is that she basically sold her children and now she wants custody, where was she before all of this. |

| In an interview slated to air on Saturday night, Michael Jackson says he feels like a "target" because of his celebrity and that the sensational reports about him in the media are "fiction."
"The bigger the star, the bigger the target," Jackson said in the interview, according to excerpts released by FOX News. "I'm not trying to say I'm the super-duper star, I'm not saying that. I'm saying that people come at celebrities. We're targets. But truth always prevails. I believe in that." Jury selection in the trial will continue on Monday, when Jackson's lawyers and prosecutors will begin questioning the pool of 250 potential jurors.
Though he reportedly does not speak directly about the case due to the gag order, Jackson decried the difficulty of living his life in the public eye and the personal toll it has taken on him. "I know eventually the truth will prevail and I'm about truth," he said. "I've become immune in a way, too. I have rhinoceros skin, but at the same time I'm human. So, anything can hurt like that, but I'm very strong."
Jackson said that watching the press coverage of his life is like "looking at a fictitious movie. Because it's fiction. It's like watching science fiction. It's not true." The alleged abuse of the teenager at the center of the case is said to have taken place at Jackson's Neverland Valley Ranch, which the singer referred to as his "world behind the gates."
"I created Neverland as a home for myself and my children," he said, adding that it gave him a chance to relive the childhood he missed out on because he was constantly on tour with his brothers in the Jackson 5. "This allowed me to have a place behind the gates where the entire world I love is there ... other men have their Ferraris and their airplanes or helicopter or wherever they find their bliss," he said. "My bliss is in giving and sharing and having simple, innocent fun."
The ranch is also a place for inner-city children to experience the joys of seeing the mountains, riding on a carousel and petting horses and llamas, Jackson explained. "If I can open my gates and see that bliss, an explosion of screaming laughter from the children as they run on the rides, I say, 'Thank you God,' " he said. "I feel I won God's smile of approval, because I'm doing something that brings joy and happiness to other people."

| Jury selection in the Michael Jackson child abuse trial has been halted after a member of the star's legal team was hit by family illness.
Selection will be postponed until at least Thursday due to the grave illness of his lead lawyer's sister. The case had been due to resume on Monday, with detailed questioning of 250 would-be jurors. A spokesman for the Santa Maria courthouse said the serious nature of Thomas Mesereau's sister's illness has delayed the jury selection process until at least Thursday.
He did not rule out the possibility that the process of selecting the final 12 jurors and eight stand-by jurors could be postponed into next week. Though Mr Mesereau and Mr Jackson, 46, will be absent from court on Monday, Santa Barbara Superior Court Judge Rodney Melville is expected to briefly take the bench to consider legal motions by several news organisations. |

| This trial is stupid now. I just read this: How flawed can it all be?
Some potential jurors in the Michael Jackson child abuse trial have links to the singer's Neverland Ranch, according to papers released by the court. Answers to jury questionnaires also reveal that about one in seven of those remaining in the jury pool have friends or family who know Mr Jackson.
The seven-page questionnaires, which were completed last week, are aimed at ensuring the star gets a fair hearing. Mr Jackson, 46, has denied 10 counts of child molestation and conspiracy.
The questionnaires, which were filled out by 242 potential jurors, showed that some have children who have visited Mr Jackson's Neverland ranch. One potential juror, a 47-year-old woman said one of her sons worked at Neverland ranch, while her 15-year-old son had visited to "ride and hang out".
Another said her disabled daughter was allowed to go to Neverland with her school, but that Mr Jackson was "not present" at the time. One 70-year-old potential juror wrote simply: "His uncle is a personal friend." |

| It's flawed. But not flawed enough to get a conviction.
As I said, balanced on a knife edge. |
