He's guilty of adultery. It was wrong of him to do that and I feel bad for his wife. But I honestly don't think he's guilty of raping that girl.

I can say my thoughts, but then people will say, "You don't know him or her so you can't say anything." That's true. But given the information I've heard from both sides, I've made my own assessments and I've come to the conclusion he didn't rape her.

Ironic that this chick was recently on a sort of drugs, dumped by her boyfriend, and got rejected from American Idol.

IF she was 19, then there is a REALLY good chance that it wasn't rape. She was probably one of those obsessed Kobe fans that wanted to sleep with him because he was just soooo "hot" and finally got to sleep with him and then thought.."Wow, all I have to do is said I was raped and I could get a shit load of money!"


But then again...I could be wrong.

That's what I'm thinking. Like, he's KOBE BRYANT. He's one of the richest, most popular basketball players ever. And I find him attractive This girl seems to have some problems in her past and that's partly the reason I heard she wanted to drop the whole thing. She probably thought it would be cool to hang with him and yadda yadda. I think IF anything, they were getting freaky and he was almost "there" and she decides, "Wait I don't wanna do this." Uh, a little late there. But unfortunately in that state, that's considered rape. So I'm not sure what's gonna happen...I don't know what really happened to begin with.
