Katie Holmes reportedly wants to enroll daughter Suri into “kiddie Catholicism” classes - even though husband Tom Cruise is a devout Scientologist.

The actress, who was raised a Catholic, gave up her religion and embraced the bizarre sci-fi cult when she met in Tom in 2005.

But Katie has now allegedly been secretly talking to pastors about her child’s upbringing, and wants to enroll one-year-old Suri into some classes when she is older to learn about the faith.

This may be the thorn that pricks over and over in Tom's side. He seems like a controlling type of man and for him to lose that kind of control over his wife may doom this marriage (as if it wasn't from the beginning).

i think its very selfish of tom to want katie to do everything as he pleases. a marrage has to be about give and recieve, not taking. i think it would be a step towards holding her own for katie to baptise suri.
