The UN just released a new report about human development in the world. I´m so happy that Iceland is in the 2nd spot after our neighbour Norway. I guess fish isn't so bad after all LOL

\o/ #11... we (Denmark) suck less than 49 other countries on the list?

What does those small letters stand for btw?

And no, I'm not going to browse through 375 pages of text to try and find it.

Yeah I know the education system there is better... I think Its like the best in the world.. Thats why many icelandic people go there...

But there are like so many things I think... We are #1 in "gender empowerment measure" (page 325) And dunno maybe that also affects the developement.

Anyway the diffirence isn't that much.. We were much lower in the last report...

#10 could be #1 after just couple of years

It has all the countries on the planet I think... so #11 is VERY good

Yeah actually since they started publiching that list, Israel place is getting higher and higher with the years.....we started at number 27 and now were 22! maybe next year well be on the top 20

Seems like you need to download the PDF file if you want to see it all... everything does get listed locally...
