This reminds me of Greek mythology when people thought natural disasters were always the God's way of punishing them, or in the story of 'Gilgamesh' when the flood kills off almost all human civilization all together. Still stuck 5,000 years back in the past, people? 
And it really bothers me when religious groups tell people homosexuals and bisexuals they must change their current lifestyle, and "follow the Bible." Do straight people ever choose if they want to be straight? No. I know I didn't ever go, "Hey, you know what, I'm going to be straight!" Get over it. Not everyone is a follower of God. Stop forcing those beliefs on people, and telling them their lifestyles they probably, and in my eyes, cannot choose, are wrong because of your own personal beliefs that may not even be significant or believed to others.
I love how my mom screams if I tell her about evolution or other theories other than the ones she is used to believing, and cuts it down right in my face, but tells me I am offending her when I tell her I may not believe in God. Hypocrite.

Okay, now, I know people have their beliefs against homosexuals and homosexualism, but do these people realize how silly it makes them look when they say these things? I mean, do they honestly think God went "You people are Gay, so New Orleans MUST SUFFER!!! MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" I mean, honestly. And doesn't that general idea just completely contradict the theory of "God loving all his children"?
Oh, and if God's really pissed off about people being gay and showing it, why is he hitting America and not Canada? | |

I'm telling you, it's the same sorts of things the ancient Greeks believed in. These people are crazy. I cannot understand these people. They disgust me with such words about homosexuality, bisexuality, and God. It's immature, it's closed minded, it's just hateful. People complain about racist others. What about homophobes?
