Republicans in that state are stupid. If i were strategizing i would have stopped the recall. Why? Because before ,during the 2004 campaign, Davis would have been a great target for Bush. Now, if Arnold flops, which is likely, the albatross is on the Republicans. So, in their quest for power, they likely dicked themselves over. At any rate, for once that sort of mess isn't going on in my state. We had our own infamy in 1992 with the Edwin Edwards/David Duke gubernatorial runoff. It's funny when i think about it now considering that both those guys are now in jail. | |
