I think that speaker fees are small potatoes compared to the millions they waste padding bureaucrat's salaries imo.

What is wrong with people?! I've attended speeches of people i totally disagreed with ,but it never even popped into my head to do something like that. It accomplishs absolutely nothing strategically for your side. I often wonder if the shoe was on the other foot, would those on the left be shouting facism?

They protested Michael Moore too though at another school, so it isn't just the right getting it. I don't really care, she can speak where she wants. Just as she has the right to voice her opinion, I have the right to disagree.

I do agree that it is ridiculous people doing this stuff.It really does nothing for their arguments, it's immature, etc. It gives the left a bad image anyways.

She kind of brings it on herself though. She is NOT the most eloquent polite person out there, and her saying that liberals should be killed....just watch someone say that about conservatives and there would be an uproar.

So, in the old days it was North vs South, now it's Liberal vs Democrat / Republican vs Conservative. All we need now is each side it's own flag, and people can start repeating history.

In the Civil War times it was still Democrats vs Republicans. Republicans freed the slaves. Democrats were mainly southerners.
