yeah, i noticed that, but they never resolved the issue.. the one cop said he wanted the police officer to check it out in the morning... there was no examination, nothing, they didn't deal with the fact that joan was *this* close to being killed... she didn't confront him, NOTHING!!!!
if they're going to bring some big criminal down every episode, its going to get really, really cheezy... and ummm, if its been a year and a half since kevin became a parapaegic, i dont think joan would still be breaking down into tears every damn time...
