Whats your favorite Scream Queen... My favorite Scream Queen is Neve Campbell cause I love the Scream Trilogy and if I make a list with my favorite scream queens this would it be:

1. Neve Campbell
2. Jennifer love Hewitt
3. Sara Michelle Gellar
