For whoever saw this movie on SHOWTIME. I would love to discuss the movie in here.
I personally loved the movie, it showed that no matter how much they "weren't supposed to be together," they still were.
If anyone knows what I'm talking about, please post. I don't want to be the only one talking about this movie.
It's being played on SHOWTIME a lot, since it just premiered on May 31st and has been on my mind, since.
Lee Pace (Calpernia Addams) and Troy Garity (Barry Winchell) played their parts so extraordinarily well.
The storyline was great because it was based on a true story. This is the first movie I have ever been affected by, like this. I never thought that this kind of thing was happening in the world. I was very sorry to see/hear that Barry was killed because he was "gay" when he was sleeping with an anatomical man with a female outlook. He was okay with it, and loved Calpernia dearly. Strength and integrity.
For those who have yet to see it, check it out on Showtime. Great great great movie.
I loved it. *LOVED* it.
