Once again, the electoral process in the US does not depend on the magority of votes of the people. And actually the magority did vote for Bush. They did a recount in Flordia and he did win there, despite Al Gore's claims.

Well In America we also have something called Congress. If need be they can stop the President, they have the veto powers.Our goverment is not a dictatorship contrary to what some people believe.
