Her name is Suzie Castillo if im not mistaken and she's Hispanic, Latin whatever. I think that's her name, I saw it this morning somewhere. *hopes im right so I don't look stupid*

really thanks, for some reason i thought it woud be Texas that would win becaus since was in 10 spot and 5 spot and the pagent was in her own country i thought they would give it to her, but i was wrong lol congrates to Suzie Castillo
