| Matt Dillon signs up to next Lindsay Lohan movie.. | | Matt Dillon is to join the cast of teen star Lindsay Lohan's upcoming film 'Herbie: Fully Loaded'.
The Hollywood Reporter says that Dillon, whose credits include 'There's Something About Mary' and 'Rumblefish', will play the villain in the film, a reworking of the 1968 Disney movie 'The Love Bug'.
The film follows the loveable Volkswagen's adventures in the world of NASCAR racing where Dillon's character is a driver.
It is reported that 'Road Trip' star Breckin Meyer is in talks to star as Lohan's onscreen brother, with 'Batman' star Michael Keaton confirmed to play her Dad. |

| NO! what's with all these remakes... Lindsay really needs to gain some sense and look at the movies she's doin. If she wants to get higher in the industry, STOP WORKING WITH DISNEY AND STOP WITH TEEN AND CHICK FLICKS! heh. |

But yeah, she's doing FINE with the rolls she's picking. And when did she ever say that she wants to get higher in the industry and get away from Disney? They've been good to her, she'd be stupid to walk away from them right now.
As for Matt Dillon...awesome! I think he'll make a great bad guy! |

| She has plenty of time to take on different roles, she is enjoying what she is doing. So leave her to it. |

| First of all, the first Love Bug movie was horrible. I love most every Disney movie made in that era (Parent Trap, Freaky Friday, Pollyanna, etc) but I HATED that movie. WHY Lyndsay? WHY???
Second of all Lyndsay is trying to make more serious movies, she is considering a role where she gets drunk, has sex, gets pregnant and has an abortion, but she says shes scared people will call her a slut. |

I think she needs to ease into more adult roles, not take it all on at once. A lot of people already have a negative image of her, I think it would be best for her image if she slowly made a transition from teen movies to more serious and adult roles. |
