I just have to say I cannot wait till this is released in time for Xmas!! It will be amazing. It is by far my favourite Disney of all time!

Have to get around to get it myself when it comes out... it's my plan to get ahold of all the Disney Classics on DVD - eventually (havn't got that many yet... not as many as my brother anyhow)

that is what I am doing also. I got about half of them now... it really is worth doing if you have the opportunity. Disney classics will never tire, they will die as 'classics' with each and every one of us.

OOoooh I want that too! When I was like 8 or something I had this tape with all the songs (in Dutch) and I knew every word. I loooved that movie! I actually haven't seen it in years.

yea, I remember seeing that in the previews on the Lady and the Tramp DVD, I got so excited cause The Little Mermaid was one of my favorites as a kid, so I'll be getting it for sure

I've been trying to get all the good old classics they've released on DVD

I can't wait!
Oooh, I was wondering if anyone knew, can you still get The Lion King on DVD, cause I've looked and haven't found it

I need to get it, lol

^^ You can get The Lion King on DVD here.. but I don't think you wanna travel all the way to Holland for just a DVD. But HMV has it.

I got my copy from Ebay when it was still Out of print, but it lacked a slipcover and I've cried over that. lol. You can also get it at Amazon from the marketplace.

regarding Disney releases if you go to the disney dvd website (http://www.disney.co.uk/DisneyVideos/home.html) and click on disney classics, then go A to Z of films they list all the classics and their availability on DVD!

Unfortunately the best, most popular ones are limited availability and they print so many and you can basically buy it till they run out. Lion King is one of these, so just keep hunting. You may while strike lucky. I ended up buying a box set of peter pan, beauty and the beast and alice and wonderland because at the time all three were out of print, and I paid through the roof for it but in my opinion worth it.

Beware the little mermaid will be the same (limited availability) so if you want it, get it when its first released as this is a film that has not been released for many years and will sell like hotcakes just as Cinderalla did.
