Lindsay Lohan's new film! - Eternal Allegiance

Teen star Lindsay Lohan is joining the cast of director Robert Altman's new film 'A Prairie Home Companion'.

ET Online reports that the film is based on author and broadcaster Garrison Keillor's National Public Radio show in the US and is a look at what goes on behind the scenes at one of America's most acclaimed radio shows.

Lohan is set to play Meryl Streep's character's daughter in the film, with singers Tom Waits and Lyle Lovett also starring.

The film, which has been script by Keillor, is due to begin shooting in April.

Yep, Mean Girls was the last one released. She just finished shooting "Herbie: Fully Loaded" though, so we should be expecting that sometime in the near (?) future. I heard she was working on a few others also but I don't think any of it was 100%.

Lindsay is a great actrees, she should stay in the movie buisness and grow as big as she can (and that is HUGE).

She should let the music world for.....well the musicians.

I loved Lindsay in Mean Girls. she is a good actress.

So this new movie is a drama right? cool. we havent seen lindsay in a drama yet.

I was really surprised by how good at acting she was. Fair play to her.
