It sucks caus this week was like the hardest for me of the year. I was up till the wee hours of the morning studying for tests and whatnot. And all I could think was "I'm doing it for the potter, doing it for the potter". And then I am finally going after a brilliant day. (I basically insulted my teacher right in the face and she didn't even know it, and then we argued about some crap, highpoint of my school life mind you) Well that was the only good part of the day when you think about it. But I was so excited. And then....

Um, am I the only one who felt somehow cheated? Maybe thats the wrong word. I dunno, it felt incomplete to me. I know its the movie version of the book so its going to have parts missing but I felt like I was watching a censord/edited for pace version. Its weird to read the book and see the movie. I mean I did love it but I cant sake this feeling. Ill prob feel better about it on the 2nd viewing but for now Im kinda on the fence. I still like POA better. Although the whole film looked as I imagined it so thats good. Anyways, I just couldnt keep my eyes off Victor Krum during the whole film. Wow. Hotness. There should have been more Victor shots in this movie! LOL

YES!!!!!!!!!! I SAW IT YESTERDAY!!! NOT EVEN MY NEW COLD *cough* *cough* COULD KEEP ME AWAY!!!!

Spoiler!
I LOVED IT. I think though it's not the best but the same greatness as PoA. Although... there were some things that really pissed me off. Harry finds Barty Crouch in the forest as in the book... and then... NO MENTION OF IT???? Come on!! That's like a huge plot hole. I've even begun speculating if the reel in the cinema was bad and it cut that part out. I mean it makes no sense!! And then the maze looked awesome!!! But the way they changed what it was all about... no challenges? Just the maze trying to eat you??? And what the hell was with Dumbledore saying that people change in the maze? I loved the graveyard scene though!!!! Just about how I imagined it. Although the Voldie baby I still have a nightmareish vision in my mind. And where the hell were Voldemort's evil cat eyes?? The second task was brilliant!!! So brilliant!! The first rask although much diff. from the book, still extraordinary. The Yule Ball... so bloody brilliant. LMAO at the mosh pit. Poor Professor Flitwik. hmm... what was with his new hairdo in this movie? From the before pictures I though Fleur looked ugly, but my god... she was so hottt!!!! I am still pissed about the Quidditch World Cup. They still couldve done a minute or two of the game. And maybe shorten that whole Dance lessons scene, although it was so hillarious. Fred and George pwned this movie!! I wanted more Rita though... especially a big thing was that she's an animagus. How are they going to write the article in the next movie? I still feel that the book is a million times better, but the movie is still awesome. I just can't wait to see the Dursleys again in the next movie!

9/10

I don't read the books, but I have seen the movies. This one was no different from me. It was just uninteresting. They're very well written but, it wasn't anything worthy of being a classic. I still have no idea what the obsession is with this book/movie series. It was drawn out, boring, and just made me uninterested in bothering to read the books, even though they may differ somewhat from their movies. I just can't get interested in this crap.

The whole frenzy of Harry Potter is more book-centric, so it's natural you don't get it. The movies are like an extra gift we get along the way. And the books are like a trillion times beter than the movies. But the books are the things that qualify us to be Harry Potter freaky maniacs with no life.

I just wondered. I'm not gonna hate on people who like it, I'm just curious as to what about it makes people such die-hard fans and wanting more, and just raving about everything involving Harry Potter. Personally, the movies I dont like because I think that Daniel guy is ANNOYING and a bad actor lol
