I haven't seen Road to Perdition but I have heard good things about it. Catch Me If You Can was a great movie. I saw it in the theatre a while back, but I want to watch it again.

Road to perdition is amazing.
I love it, the simplicity of it, again Paul Newman is just amazing, and Hanks too (like always).
The dvd is top class!

Road to Perdition was a great movie i was shocked when it didnt get a nom. for best picture. I like any mob movie. Scarface was a good movie "say hello to my little friend" one of the greatest lines ever. GoodFellas is a great movie too i recommend it.

Has anyone seen the mini series Band of Brothers? i think it is one of the best ever made. If you liked Saving Private Ryan you will love Band of Brothers.

I agree i own the dvd set, and I love it.
saving private ryan, inspired them to make this series, the dvds are well worth it.
If you like ww2 stuff, and specially when they have survivors telling you their point of view just completes the whole package.

Omg I love you people..I was seriously going to make a Godfather thread. I love those movies....The first was the better one in my opinion...I love everything about those movies..everything just clicks. The music, the actors, the story, the direction.
Scarface is not connected to The Godfather in anyway , but they are usually thought of together because of Al Pacino being in both. I love that movie. I love the way he says cockaroach. And yes say hello to my little friend. That movie makes me sad though..
Band of Brothers ...I loved that miniseries.Did anyone want to like kill David Schwimmer at first? He was an arse.
I def want to see Road to Predition now, since it seems to be so highly recommended.
A good movie to see if you havent done so is American History X. I got it today for my birthday. Its my favorite movie ever.
