Default Don't laugh at me...

But I JUST NOW finally saw all three Terminator movies. By the time Terminator 3 came out, I had only seen the last part of Terminator 2. So I was lost. And decided to rent the first two today and then watched the 3rd one on HBO tonight and they are quite good. Anyways, that is all.

Terminator 2 is among Cameron's best movies ever. They revolutionized the film industry with this movie.

That Cameron can make blockbuster movies out of scripts that are originally meant for less mainstream audiences, he already proved in the 80' with Aliens and The Abyss. And in the late 90's he proved that he can also work movies for mainstream audiences with Titanic.

Personally I think Terminator 2 was the best he's ever done, especially when you keep into consideration the year this movie was shot - 1992. Hell, there are so called 'blockbuster' movies made TODAY that still can't live up to T2's visual effects.

Also one of the few movie sequals where part 2 defeated the original in every aspect there is while the latter was already a masterpiece in it's own right.

I also think the only reason why the third didn't turn out as well as I had hoped it would be, is the lack of Cameron. You can definitely notice that he didn't take part in creating the script there. True shame, but such is life.

it's okay, I'm pretty sure hardly any of us remember them.

Besides, I'm pretty biased against Ahhnold now, since I'm a liberal Californian.

And if it makes you feel any better .. I've never seen The Matrix one, two, or three. Yes, yell at me all you want. I will someday, I swear!

I've only seen American Pie 2, as well. I AM MOVIE DEPRIVED and I know it.

I'm trying to catch up with current releases .. really. Every week, I rent one+ movie(s). I'm trying.

See The Matrix and don't watch the sequels.

I haven't purposefully sat down and watched all three movies because I don't want to. But if someone were to say, "Hey, come on over, I'm gonna have a Terminator marathon." I'd be up for it, definitely. I'm just not a "let me sit alone and watch movies unless they're comedies" kind of guy.
