Chad Michael Murray, 24, and Sophia Bush, 23, have separated after five months of marriage, PEOPLE has learned.
A spokesperson for Bush confirmed the split, but offered no further details on the relationship between the couple, who star together on One Tree Hill.
"This is a difficult and unfortunate situation," said Bush in a statement. "I am glad this is being resolved sooner rather than later."

That actually did shock me, which suprised me 
They looked soooo cute together but I always thought they jumped into it kind of quick.
Should be intresting to see if and how this will change the show. | |

Murray issued a statement of his own, saying: "I am saddened to announce that Sophia and I are separating. This is a very difficult time for me."
No offense, but they not only got married too young, they should have dated a few years before even concitering marriage. People nowadays have to REALLY get to know the person they want to be with and not just jump down the aisle without thinking.
That's too bad though, I did have a feeling it wouldn't last... | |

what is this a divorce season geees man, well i was shocked too when i heard this, this just sad for me  i thought they were a great couple but that is just lost now | |

They started dating in 2003, he proposed in 2004 and they got married in 2005. They knew each other for a while at least before getting married. And I wouldn't necessarily say they're too young, they're 23 and 24...a lot of people get married around that time. | |
