I'd sue too. not if it was something little but saying someone is on drugs can ruin their reputation, and no matter if they've been in the buisness for years and know that tabloids talk it still wrong can be upsetting and hurtful when it's something big like that.

Just because Ashley has money, it means she doesn't have the right to sue for libel? I don't think money is the point in this case. She's just trying to do what's right.

I agree. I really don't think a lot of celebrities sue to get money, I think they sue to take money away.

Drugs can ruin your reputation, I think if it was about something else, I doubt she would have sued.

To take money from who? And besides that, the money goes straight into their pockets once the legal fees are taken care of. I almost want someone to print a lie about me just so I can sue, get money and help my family get out of debt. I love how celebrities make things seem so easy.

What I'm saying is, it's not about getting more money in her pocket, it's about taking money away from the National Enquirer. I guess to kind of teach them a lesson, and tell them to back off.
