"On-Air With Ryan Seacrest" will go off the air after September 17. Low ratings are the cause of the show's demise, but an upbeat Ryan says he wouldn't have done anything different. "I am proud of my team who worked tirelessly everyday," Ryan said in a statement. "I wouldn't have changed anything about this entire experience and I look forward to building my business within Twentieth Television." In addition to returning to hosting duties for "American Idol"'s fourth season in January, Ryan can be heard every day on the radio at L.A.'s KIIS as well as on the weekly countdown show "America's Top 40."

damn to bad i liked that show alot, that is the best show ever damn , and now i won't see his daily face anymore oh well got another month to go

As much as he used to/does get on my nerves, that really sucks. I actually watched his show frequently and I liked it, whether he had good guests on or if I just sat there and made fun of him because I had nothing else to do.

I read that earlier. I also read that production was going to be shut down immediately and for the rest of the time they were going to show pre-taped segments and re-runs from other times.

Wow, that sucks, I was actually kind of happy for him that he was getting somewhere. I'm sure he'l be able to think of something to get back on the air or something like that. I wish him the best of luck.

I have never seen the show but i saw clips and i thought it looked great!!!... but maybe the time schedule was the problem or even the network.
