the winners will be annouced this sunday, march 23rd at 8:30pm on ABC

im really going for "Chicago" and "Lord Of The Rings: The Two Towers". But I see "Chicago" being the big winner of the night with 13 nominations its bound to win at least half including best picture. Its possible either "Chicago", "The Hours", "Gangs Of New York" or the epic "LOTR: The Two Towers" (this possibly making its second year at best picture) winning best picture. Its tight race with all great movies. Cant wait to see which makes it.

who are your predictions? which movie(s) did you see? share your thoughts on the nominees chosen and why or why not you think a particular film should win whcih award and last but not least how the ongoing war will affect the show.

Well, i haven't seen any of them so i can't say! I saw about 40 minutes of chicago and it was really good, i saw about 20 minutes of the Hours but it wasn't enough to say anything!

I'm glad they are going to go on with them, now lets just hope ABC can get through it without "breaking" news .

Although i normally don't watch them, so it doesn't matter!

Hey do u know if someone's going to sing, "Loose Yourself" since Eminem is "to big" for the oscars *coughKnewHeWasntGonnaWincough*?

Um i have no idea who will be performing on sunday let alone who will be singing "Loose Yourself", all I know and this is from the official website www.oscars.com that Steve Martin will be hosting. Maybe they might get Martin to sing some of it as a joke or someone else since Eminem wont be attending the show. I seriously dont know. If anyone out there has some more info on who will be performing, plz let us know.

Catherine Zeta-Jones and Queen Latifah might do some sort of duet! That's all i know about it, and the fact that there is no red carpet show.

fuck it, i read it... OMG that would be fucking awesome if they did a duet. wow. maybe a duet remix of "overture and all that jazz" or "when your good to mama" or OMG this would be the total shit dude, "cell block tango"! damn lol! i hope this "surprise" is true!

Nope, as i said before odds are i won't even watch and if i do i'll be doing something else while watching them because the are not that good. The only award show I really sit through is the VMAs and maybe Billboards, but those are a joke
