World Wrestling Entertainment is set to make its first feature film with a new action movie called 'The Marine'.

The Hollywood Reporter says that that the film will star professional wrestler John Cena, known to WWE fans as the 'Doctor of Thuganomics'.

The movie tells the story of an injured marine who returns home to find his girlfriend embroiled in a kidnapping.

Shooting on the $15m film is due to begin in mid-September.

Thats so cool!! Im just hoping that John doesnt stay off tv now like the Rock and comes back every now and then :/ oh we'll see. Im happy for him though and cannot wait to see his acting!
