WUSA folds after 5 years - Eternal Allegiance

The Women's soccer league (WUSA) folded after 3 years of operations.......after siting non-existant TV rating and lack of new talent under 18 years of age.

This move leaves only MLS (Major League Soccer) as the only major soccer league in the United States. And lately the MLS had to fold some teams to make up for losses.

My opinion : Soccer will be non-existant in America in 5 years, after MLS files for Chapter 11 and folds. Women's sports won't be that far behind, because the attraction of the women's sports world is not there anymore. The WNBA will probably be the next to fold.

that sucks to hear for women out there. Its too bad it never caught on..

it does suck that the football dosent work.
(football = soccer )

but for norway its going on and we have won the OL and WC
