I know wrestling has many fans in Europe. Over the years fans were not always treated with the respect they should have. Recently a major wrestling company decided to cancel 3 of their events in Europe while many of you already booked flights. It is time for the alternative!

A wrestling federation, World Wrestling Superstars (WWS), based in the Netherlands which brings you the biggest names from past, present and future! Investors are considering our product but are rather sceptical about the popularity of wrestling in Europe. We are gonna prove them wrong!

That’s why we ask your help. Fill in the poll you find on our websites, it just takes you a couple of minutes of your time and you can win great prizes. Please keep in mind we are talking about promoting a mega event like we haven’t seen in a long time with well-known US (and some British) talent only (if you look at the options for the “your favourite wrestler at the WWS show” question, you will see whom we are talking about, Bret Hart is one of them!). Also if this event is successful, there will be more WWS events in Europe. If you are a wrestling fan and want to be part of history in the making then you know what you should do. Inform your family, friends, and relatives about our poll...we can use all of their help. So send this to anybody that might be interested, place it on your website, in your newsletters etc. You name it!

Yes, shows got cancelled, including the show in Belgiun which I bought tickets for ... it was the first time ever they were supposed to come over here ... 14 years I had been waiting for the moment ...

They don't even give us any wrestling on tv anymore for about 4 years now ...

But nothing will be done, at least nothing effective ... the company sucks, the directors suck ... the only thing which keeps them really alive are the wrestlers and the fans ... nothing else.

I am a fan of World Championship Wrestling. It's aired every Monday night on my VCR. Shows include wrestlers such as Kevin Nash, Hollywood Hogan, Goldberg, Sting, Bret "The Hitman" Hart, Rey Mysterio Jr., Scott Hall, Lex Luger, "Big Poppa Pump" Scott Steiner and Rick Steiner, Diamond Dallas Page, "The Millenium Man" Sid Viscious, "The Chosen One" Jeff Jarrett, Buff Bagwell, Scott Norton, Booker T and Stevie Ray, Big Vito, Kidman, Konnan, Bryan Adams and Brian Clark, The Demon, Vampiro, The Great Muta, Tank Abbott, Sean O'Haire, Ric Flair, Curt Hennig, and many more.

It's a little old, but it's better than nothing. At least WCW made sure the fans could watch wrestling in Europe too. It's because of WCW that Europe has so many wrestling fans in the first place. Now that WCW is dead, wrestling in Europe is dead. Perhaps this new promotion can catch the wrestlers who didn't fall for a WWE contract and make something of it like they do in Japan. I will support, so that perhaps I might become a live wrestling fan again, instead of a wrestling fan living in the past. Thanks for the link.
