| What? like You can't do that? lol! And also, being lifted 8 feet in the air by Big Show and getting chucked out of the ring has gotta hurt, just a tiny little bit.
But I'm almost sure of it that being thrown off the top rope into a table that is sitting ring-side is the most comfortable feeling you ever get in the world though </sarcasm> |

Or a torned quad
Or a broken vertribre
Or a broken neck |

the appeal of 'Sports Entertainment' is not the realism, it's the storylines, the athletisism, the charisma, the humour, the women and the emotion, just to name a few. it is a modern day male soap opera, with half naked women and a hell of a lot of violence thrown into the mix, what more could u ask for.
even though some people look at it and say "oh my god, it's shit, look...there not even hitting each other, it's so fake", well if they really went out to that ring with the intent to really hurt each other, with their size, a wrestler would die just about every week. i personally think that a lot of what they do looks realistic.
the main point of wrestling is not to make the audience think it's real, but to entertain instead, and that they do.
the WWF is a worldwide phenomenon, because they entertain. | Right on! |

Other professional sports the players spend half the time sitting on their ass' or standing on the field (Baseball and American football). And its not a show about how much pain someone can take, its like anyother sport where people train hard night after night to reach the top. I would like to see you (or any other profesional athliet) climb into a wrestling ring and last more than 2 minutes before you (they) give up. | Hello it is FAKE!!!!!! Half of the stuff that LOOKS like they are in pain is what we call acting. And I still won't consider them athletes cuz athletes have dignity and don't run around cussing and acting like they are hicks. And they don't beat up eachother.

I seriously would love to see you fall 45 feet off a stage through a set of tables and feel like fucking daisies the next morning. No shit its called acting, and most of the moves they do put on someone DO hurt, trust me i did some backyard wrestling for a while. Honestly does anyone here care if you dont concider them "real" Athletes? So what do you concider to be a "real" athlete? Someone who makes millions of dollars for standing around, or someone who throws a ball at someone? These have more atheletic ability then anyone in anyother sport period. If they aren't in their peak physical form, they can be seriusly injured, even life threatening. |

And of course they lift weights everyday they enjoy it, its the same with weightlifters. I honestly doubt you could lift that much even if you did lift train too, becuase they are "real" athelets, and I doubt you are at their level of atheletasism |

Okay, call up Vince MacMahon, and ask him if you can go in a match up against any wrestler of your choice, making sure they DONT go easy on you, see how well you're feeling after you get the shit kicked out of you... BTW, I recommend choosing Stacy, because she isn't the best wrestler, and she might be a little easier on you. But if you want the good stuff, go for Lita, or Triple H or something, and watch them kick the shit out of you. And if possible, could you schedule it for May 28, because I would really like to see it live! |
