I know you cant enforce it but Chelsea are a team who have tried to buy success rather than have a football academy and train young players..

all realyl godo teams try to buy success when they have the money for that

when its about buying spanish and italian teams are the best when it comes to that

the best is to create a certain balance between the players u buy to have no thoughts and new strategies and ideas of people from other countries in ur team and young players u train urself

in fact those teams which dont care about their younger players at all just hurt emselves cuz without any young players football will die out one day, theer wont always be old and experienced players u can buy

Young players are the future of football.. I remember Newcastle signed a 7 or an 8 yr old a few mths ago..
