England could really do with a win tonight, especially after that terrible performance on Saturday night.. Beckham should be dropped. He was pretty much useless. He also should have been substituted near the end of the match against Austria too.. Eriksson has to start being a bit more ruthless with his selections and substitutions, or it will cost us again.

Group 1: Andorra 1-5 Romania .. Romania - played 3, won 3. Good start for them so far, which leaves both Holland and the Czech Republic playing catch-up already (of course, neither has played a match yet)

Group 2: Kazakhstan 1-2 Ukraine .. potential banana skin avoided for Ukraine, although they did leave it until the 90th minute to score the winning goal.

Georgia are 1-0 up at home to Albania.

France are continuing to struggle. They've only just managed to beat the Faroe Islands 2-0..

Finland won 2-0 in Armenia, which puts them 2nd in Group 1 - a group with no draws so far.

Georgia 2-0 Albania is a result from Group 2. Georgia now top the group with 4 points.

Lithuania are crusing to victory at home to San Marino. They're 3-0 up with only a few minutes left.
