Did you see the way Ronaldo winked at the bench when Rooney got a red card? From the reply it looked like Rooney didn't even stamp on purpose. By the way he fell it seemed impossible to act stamp. It seemed to me that he got sent off because he pushed Ronaldo. I personally think it was disgusting behaviour from Ronaldo as he appeared to be trying to get Rooney sent off, there was clearly hostility from the outset between them both and I think that is disgusting seen as Ronaldo is Rooney's team mate in Man U. I would not be surprised to see future spats between the two of them.

I am sad England didn't get through but someone has to lose, and Portugal won so good luck in future to them. But then its always obvious we will lose when it comes to penalties as we are so shit at them, let's just pray for the day when we get through them... and who knows with a new manager in tow.

And Emma, I realise and appreciate that anyone can have their own opinions about any teams in the world cup but you don't have to be so blantently anti-English/British... in England we love Beckham and Rooney lol
