Well I thought it was quite funny. it can also be quite rude the amount of bad language refs get shouted at them so fairs fair. We dont know what Lucic said.

Sweden were poor. They deserved to lose, but that sending off was a joke. Two German players convinced him to send Lucic off - thats called cheating, and its something which should be kicked out of the game. That the referee grinned as he was sending off Lucic suggests something dodgy. The referee is supposed to be impartial.

I have never understood Lars Lagerback's decisions during this World Cup. Sweden's one of the countries with lots of players who play towards the goal. Ljungberg, Larsson, Ibrahimovic, Allback, Elmander, Rosenberg, (Wilhelmsson). Why doesn't he bring more strikers into the match when you still have to score, at least, 2 goals?

Lucic had to shower early and he brings another defender. Although it's risky, you can also bring in another striker instead of Hansson. And Larsson's penalty wasn't too good either.

Germany is looking very strong. Two awesome strikers, a fantastic midfield with Ballack & Frings who decide what's happening, Lahm who's running like a train on the left side of the field. The defense is the only thing which isn't good yet. And the players on the bench aren't bad either.

If Germany are facing Argentina in the Quarter Final, I think we could be having a good view on a possible World Cup Title candidate. And IF Germany could defeat one of the strongest teams in the world at this particular moment (you never know what can happen in the Football world, look at Graham Poll with his 3 yellow cards ), Germany could be winning the World Cup.

Thats what i am thinking, Germany are looking really good but can they beat Argentina? I guess anything is possible.

Ibrahimovic has been extremely poor this WC.

Just like he has been during the season with Juventus.

Another striker to discuss: Miroslav Klose!

5 goals at the World Cup 2002 --> He stayed with Kaiserslautern

... transfer to Werder Bremen ...

Already 4 goals at the World Cup 2006 --> Staying with Werder Bremen?

Or do you think he's able to go to a topclub? Do you think there could be interest from a big club?

I think Klose has done really well this WC. I can see big clubs wanting to come in for him as he can do so well for the team. He is much more than just scoring goals I think

Heinze is one lucky boy to have not seen a red card! The Mexican players didn't need to surround the referee and tell him to show the red card though, as he'd already made up his mind.
