Sweden 1-0 Paraguay
The first-half of this Group B match was a fairly open affair. Sweden started strongly and looked more than capable of scoring a goal. Paraguay appeared to be a threat too, but certainly less so than Sweden.

As the second-half wore on both teams seemed to become more cagey. Sweden still looked like a serious threat and were unlucky twice with Allback - firstly for a misjudged offisde decision from the linesman, and secondly with a goalline clearence from Caniza. Paraguay were having plenty of chances, but they were longrange and wide or over (although a few of them didn't miss by much!).

It looked like Sweden would end this match with a second draw, but Ljungberg had other ideas as he headed Sweden ahead in the 89th minute! Bobadilla had pulled off a few good saves before this, but he couldn't do anything to stop Ljungberg's effort. Sweden are almost through, Paraguay are the third team eliminated.

For Sweden not to go through next Tuesday, England would have to beat them while Trinidad & Tobago beat Paraguay. Then it would come down to GD. What a story that could be!

I've known about Greek mythology from a young age , but its mostly the adventure aspect and puzzles which draw me to Tomb Raider games. Makes a break from the many run & shoot games out there!

I see, hmm maybe you should try God of War (PS2) then. It's based around Greek mythology, has tons of puzzles and mainly contains melee offense (which does make it an extremely brutal game) but so much fun! It's also very addictive, I could hardly stop playing once I was at it. I recommend this game to anyone who likes gaming, lol. When I tried out Tomb Raider Legend, it reminded me of GOW in some ways. Except that Lara has guns.

Oh I've had my eye on that one for a while. I've got so many other games atm that I keep putting it toards the back of my mind.. and since I've got a 360 I've been heavily biased towards that. I'll get it one day, just a matter of when! I've heard of a God Of War 2 in the works as well.

Have you ever played Resident Evil 4!? I found that game highly addictive! Don't think I played another game for the 2-3 weeks I was working my way through it, and I still haven't finished all the extra quests! Shooting zombies doesn't get boring, and there are puzzles too.

I'm looking forward to the release of RE5. From the looks of the screenshots I've seen it looks like it'll easily top RE4.

And did it ever occur you that this is very much off-topic?

*gets back on topic*

Wouldn't it be a cool idea to organize a contest after the WC with the title: WC Hunk & Babe 2006?

Soccer? :S

Don't you mean Football?

Argentina 6-0 Serbia and montenegro

Holy S***

well serbia did get that red card wich didnt help to much.

A team that let in 1 goal in the qualify stage, and then they get 6 goals against them. Biggest Win so far in this world cup.
