I have to say I agree, Unless England do something brilliant. They wont beat either Ecuador or Germany. I am really impressed with Ecuador. Great team and fantastic style of play

We certainly didn't play well today, but quite often the team that starts slowly build momentum and can go a long way. I really don't rate the German team. Costa Rica are probably the least impressive team I've seen so far, yet they put 2 past a very dodgy German defense. I don't see any problems for England if they do face Germany.

I didn't expect an agreeing Neil on my opinion concerning England.

Don't get me wrong though, I'd love to see England come far. May the best team win!

If we were potentially facing Argentina, Spain or Italy in the next round, I'd be more inclined to agree! .. but I really don't think Germany are all that good. They've played against two of the weakest teams in the World Cup so far. Ecuador will be a true test!

Germany 1-4 Italy .. the Italians ran rings around the German defence...

Well time will tell.. Home advantage and all that. I know quite a few Germans and they are convinced they will win the World Cup so go go go Germany!

And yes England were poor till the last minutes but it's six for six.

scored in the 88th min, and then ljundberg were close again to get 2-0. Glad sweden won.
