I think bring a player who can do the same job. Bringing more strikers instead of midfielders is a bad idea to me.

Chavchenko.. (ok, maybe I won't call him that! ) probably isn't one of those greedy players. It makes sense that he'd go to Chelsea (the only club that can afford him...) as his wife wants their son to grow up in an English speaking country.

Agreed!

Personally, I think Adriano will become his replacement in AC Milan's squad.

My favourite WC moment: Holland vs Argentinia quarter finals 1998 Dennis Bergkamp goal. I went INSANE after that goal (just like the reporter)

It isnt Roque Santa Cruz luck. Poor guy.

Striker Roque Santa Cruz could miss Paraguay's opening World Cup match against England after suffering a fresh injury setback.
The Bayern Munich player was forced to stop training after 35 minutes on Wednesday due to pain in his left knee.

The 24-year-old, who has undergone two knee operations in the last 18 months, had originally declared himself fit to face England on Saturday.
