| I knew you'd be so happy when Iaquinta scored the second goal for Italy. I'm glad they did it to take away the tension! Quote: |

As for USA that pretty much sucked that was sad and poor match they weren't really into it, but congrates for Czech Republic
Yayyyy congrates for Italy they did well 2 goals not bad at all and as for Ghana they were a good team but they tried and it was there first match in World Cup maybe in the next match they do well. | Two goals might be bad if they finish with same amount of points and czech and fewer goals (2nd place ). and the 2nd place will most surely face brazil in the nest stage. |

Anyways, about the one I clearly can remember, Gyan went to the ground on his own! No penalty.
Plus Essien should have been sent off. In the last 10 minutes there were 2 options to give the Chelsea player his 2nd yellow card.
And some fouls ... |

Cahill was pretty lucky to get away without conceding a penalty when the scoreline was at 1-1 as well yesterday. Quote: |

| South Korea 2-1 Togo
It was expected that Togo would struggle in their first ever FIFA World Cup Finals match, but like several other teams we have seen so far in this tournament, they sprung a little surprise. Togo played well in the first-half, and to be fair, South Korea didn't play that well at all. Mohammed Kader gave Togo the lead at half-time when he latched onto a through ball and showed clinical finishing. The match turned around when Jean-Paul Abalo received his second yellow card for a foul on Park. This yellow card was deserved, but his first was a bit of a joke.. All he could do was stand his ground as Park jumped into him - hardly worth a booking at all. Lee Chun-Soo scored from the resulting free-kick and South Korea sprung to life. A magnificent goal from Ahn Jung-Hwan on the turn gave South Korea their first win in the WC Finals on foreign soil, and most likely puts Togo out. |
