I don't think he'll win the Championship, but I do have a feeling he's getting more used to the surface.

Have you seen the part of the schedule in which Federer is located? His next opponent is Mario Ancic (tough, but it's no Hewitt, Nadal or Roddick ) and then he'll meet 'an easy one' in the Semi-Final. Hewitt, Nadal & Roddick were all in the same part of the schedule.

Murray's young, his time will come.

The double & mixed tournaments are nice, but I don't think those matches are watched/followed by many people.

"Life's not fair" --> cliche

I'm sure if you look back in the schedule, he could have faced a tough opponent, but that one maybe got knocked out by another player? Just like we all thought Myskina would meet Venus and then the winner would battle Mauresmo ... Jankovic showed what she was worth though.

Quarter Final
Amelie Mauresmo - Anastasia Myskina

The Singles Tournament is what counts. Just like Emma, I honestly have to say I rarely see a doubles match.

Though last year I kept a close eye on the mixed doubles (on the website) on Kim Clijsters match but that was about it.

awww that sucks that the double and mixed matches don't get much attention.

Maria Sharapova won again today so did Justine Henin-Hardenne

Maria Sharapova 6 6
Elena Dementieva 1 4

Severine Bremond 4 4
Justine Henin-Hardenne 6 6

Women's Quarter Finals
Sharapova 6-1, 6-4 Dementieva
Mauresmo 6-1, 3-6, 6-3 Myskina
Henin 6-4, 6-4 Bremond
Clijsters 6-4, 7-5 Li

I have seen some good points and rallies today, but no surprises and that's a good thing this time. The top 4 seeds all advance.

In the match that started at 1pm (GMT), a traditional streaker came up again. I'm embarrassed to say, but it was a Dutchman.

Women's Semi-Final Draw
Mauresmo (1) - Sharapova (4)
Clijsters (2) - Henin (3)

It can't get any better than this. Both will be tough and hopefully close matches. The score between Henin & Clijsters is 11-10 in Henin's advantage, but this year Henin has won most of the confrontations. I think she has more chance to win, but I'll be cheering for Kimmy!

In the other Semi-Final, you don't have to ask who my favorite is. Woman vs Sharapova, easy choice.

Maria Sharapova vs Kim Clijsters --> *fingers crossed*
