i was just wondering how a draft works, i know Americans have them in a lot of their sports but we don't have them over here, not to my knowledge anyway, so could someone tell me how they work or how u think the WWF will do theirs. i have a rough idea but im not totally sure.
A draft consists of basically amatuer athletes coming out of college selected with picks. Determining how high the picks are and who gets the #1 pick usually goes to the crappiest team (NFL). In basketball they have something a little different. They use the lottery system. Pingpong balls are drawn and that determines what pick you get. The team with the worst record increases the probability that they will get the #1 pick because they have the most balls in there. Hope I helped.....

Very simple
Each wrestler (except Jazz and HHH) under contract of the WWF will become a free agent for tonight only ... Vince will pick his first wrestler for his Smackdown roster and then Flair will pick his first for his Raw roster ... and so on untill all wrestlers are again whether in Raw or in Smackdown

i thought that would be how they did it, but that will take the whole 2 hours of Raw won't it?
I'm sure they already have some names on paper on it will go faster than you'll think, a whole bunch will be announced at once
And they still have Smackdown to divide the rest that's left after today
i think we'll only see the start of the draft, when all the big names are being drawn, and then it will be interrupted, because nobody will care where the likes of Crash Holly get drafted to do they.

Exactly and then on Smackdown we'll get a report of Ross who quickly names everyone who was left after Raw and who picked them
