The Primera Division starts this weekend, but it looks like there's gonna be another bang in Spain ...

Didn't you wonder why Morientes didn't play last night in the European Supercup? Injured? No. Suspended? No.

He simply wasn't on the referee's sheet ... why?

Cause you can only play for 1 team in an European game during the same season ... yup that's right. Morienties wants to go to the arch enemy ... Van Gaal wants him (he finally wants a deep striker). Morientes wants to go ... and as I expected, Real Madrid is glad to let him go

Cause if that transfer takes place, Real would have the extra money it needs to convince Inter for Ronaldo ...

So people it might happen all after all ... Morientes to Barcelona and Ronaldo to Real Madrid ...

I didn't even see the highlights, so i didn't know if he was playing or not.

Those would be two nice signings for the Spanish clubs, but I would rather not see Real get any more good players. Don't they have enough already!

Well I won't cry about Rivaldo

Riquelme is just as good

And hopefully Mendieta can come back after a horrible year ...

And they still have Kluivert and Saviola in front

With a possible reinforcement of Morientes

oh yes i forgot about saviola - he is excellent as well. pity that he did not go to the World Cup.

Riquelme scored some great goals and i'm sure that he is gonna be great for barca.

Riquelme has all what Rivaldo has, plus he's much younger (and fitter)

And yup ... they didn't need Saviola at the WC ... we all saw how far they got
