Donīt forget, he would still had to play against Schalken ofcourse |

Donīt forget, he would still had to play against Schalken ofcourse | Yes, but if he was playing well enough to almost beat Sampras then I thnik he would have been playing well enough to at least get to the semi-finals and then possibly the final. |

But you donīt know something like that ofcourse. Play against Sampras or Rusedki, 2 different players, so the other players will maybe have another stragedy.
But itīs all over, Sampras won his 14th Grand Slam, a real Champion. |

Do you think he'll win one again? |

I donīt even know if he is going through with tennis, but Iīm almost sure he will.
Maybe he will win one again, not sure. Australian Open, I bet on Hewitt.
Roland Garros..would be nice since that is the only Grand Slam he has never won.
Wimbledon, could be
US Open again, donīt know
LOL, everything is possbile in tennis ofcourse. But looking also to the competition from other great players, I personally doubt he will win again. |

There is a 4 month break between now and the next grand slam and Sampras is getting older with each month so he may not be able to win another one. Also I just read in the newspapaer that he may be retiring. |

And although he hasnīt made up his made (at least, I donīt think he has), we should consider the option he is going to quit after this great tournament...end of this year
And not to forget ofcourse, a little Sampras is coming up. |

Who is the new Sampras? |
