| Sampras won. The first 2 sets were quite easy, but his servicegames were becoming more difficult. He was lucky in the 4th set. Agassi had lots of chances. Through the match Sampras´s service become not so good anymore. You could see that Agassi was more fit.
But Pete, Pistol Pete, Sampras won. He is at #12 now from the ATP World Ranking list, if I´m correct. |

| Until now...uhm Andrew last night the last final was played. The US Open is over. Serena won the women´s final...how surprising and Sampras the men´s final.

another thing, any surprises about good players losin at teh beginning or about unknown players bein realyl good or so?? |

That was really good. But further I don´t know any big surprises.
It was a nice US Open 2002, despite from the time differences. I watched the final yesterday until 1.45 am!  |
