I'm not so sure if they had the UEFA Cup here. The coverage this season and last seems to be about the same as far as the UEFA Cup is concerned. We just get games featuring English teams though, so maybe Sky had games from other European countries.

Cool

Roma have made a good start to their second leg! They lead Gaziantepspor 2-0 at half-time to make the score 2-1 on aggregate. It's still not over though as one goal from Gaziantepspor is all it would take to send them through.

Parma are 1-0 down away at Genclerbirligi .. 2-0 on aggregate. That game is now deep into the second half. Parma look to be out .. oh, make that 2-0 to Genclerbirligi! Parma are out.

Dnipro .v. Marseille is 0-0 in the 70th minute.

Teplice and Celtic are at 0-0 after 15 minutes.

Don't underestimate Teplice.

Well, I'm ready for the PSV match which starts 8.30 pm. I'm wearing PSV clothes, shoes and I have a PSV whistle.

"May they get knocked out".

Celtic are through comfortably. Bordeaux are through after defeating Groclin 4-1 (5-1 aggregate). Marseille beat Dnipro 1-0 on aggregate after drawing 0-0 tonight.

Valencia are currently 1-0 up at Besiktas and Liverpool seem to be through after taking a 2-0 lead after just 20 minutes. Sofia have pulled one back, but they need four more..

Newcastle turned it around to win 3-1, they looked ropey in the first half. Valencia won that game 2-0 I think. Glad they got through.

That's a tasty looking draw alright. Celtic - Barcelona .. I want that to be shown on TV! Should be very good. Newcastle and Liverpool have by no means easy ties either. Liverpool I'd say are more likely to go through. Their UEFA Cup form tends to be good no matter how well their form is in other competitions. Newcastle on the other hand will have to improve vastly from their display against Valerenga. They qualified only becuase the goalkeeper was massively at fault for the first two goals on Wednesday. Valerenga were by far the better team.

Genclerbirligi - Valencia .. that'll be a great match. Valencia should not underestimate the team from Turkey at all, they are a very good side and could well win.

The draw is a bit more complicated than a simple 4th round draw. The draw for the Quarter and Semi-Finals has already been made:

4th Round
1. Celtic .v. Barcelona
2. Genclerbirligi .v. Valencia
3. Bordeaux .v. Club Brugge
4. Newcastle United .v. Real Mallorca
5. Auxerre .v. PSV Eindhoven
6. Benfica .v. Inter Milan
7. Liverpool .v. Marseille
8. Villarreal .v. Roma

Quarter-Finals Draw
1. Winner 3 .v. Winner 2
2. Winner 7 .v. Winner 6
3. Winner 1 .v. Winner 8
4. Winner 5 .v. Winner 4

Semi-Finals Draw
1. Winner Q-F 4 .v. Winner Q-F 2
2. Winner Q-F 3 .v. Winner Q-F 1

Newcastle United .v. Liverpool in the Semi-Finals maybe.
