| Definately a surprise:
Wimbledon champion Maria Sharapova was stunned 4-6, 6-2, 6-3 by unseeded Alicia Molik in the final of the US$1.3 million WTA event on Sunday. |

But although the movie's called Wimbledon and is about tennis, I heard there isn't much tennis in the movie. *shrug*
Anyways, good to hear you both had a nice time. How long do you two have something? Quote: Originally posted by ForeverInLoveWithJus Definately a surprise:

| We were together for a week which was bliss! It was a nice movie but not very realistic but it was escapism! It was good and Kirsten Dunst was quite good in it. |

| It gets worse and worse for Tim!
British second seed Tim Henman slumped to a shock 7-6 (7/5), 7-5 defeat at the hands of unseeded Czech Jiri Novak in the quarter-finals of the US$1 million Swiss Indoor tournament here on Friday.
The loss, in 98 minutes, also dealt a blow to Henman's hopes of reaching the end-of-season Masters Cup in Houston where only four places in the eight-man field are still up for grabs. |

| Jiri Novak is a pretty good player.
Mauresmo and Bovina will play the Final in Linz. Mauresmo defeated Jankovic with 4-6, 6-3, 6-1. And Bovina was too strong for Petrova (6-3, 4-6, 7-6). |

Qualifier Abigail Spears seized her chance at the upset-ridden WTA Tour event here Saturday, booking a berth in the final with a three-set win over Russian Alina Jidkova.
Spears, who knocked out fellow American Jill Craybas, the fourth seed, in the second round, outlasted Jidkova 7-6 (7/4), 4-6, 7-6 (7/4).
Jidkova had earned her semi-final berth with a victory over top seed Mary Pierce of France in the quarters. Pierce's departure completed the exit of all of the top eight seeds in this 170,000-dollar indoor tournament.
In the final Spears will face Slovakian Martina Sucha, who edged Argentina's Maria-Emilia Salerni, 6-7 (3/7), 7-5, 7-6 (8/6). |
