Yes I believe more and more that Verón will leave ... Barcelona?

Becks couldn't fail ... even if he would have failed in real, they would have let him passed! Too much is at stake for Real!

Imagine Verón leaving after Beckham already left and then Man U can't get to an agreement with PSG about Ronaldinho ... not the kind of summer Fergie had planned!!

No it would be a disaster so its probably best to secure Ronaldinho first!

Yes, it's always better to secure an incoming transfer than waiting for an outgoing one to be dealt with, cause you always have opposition, you always have other 'hostile' clubs trying to snatch player away before your nose ... it's the Far West out there!

I'm sure with the current happenings between Verón and Ferguson, that it satisfies some managers and chairmen. They're probably already rubbing their hands together, getting ready to make a Blitzkrieg bid/offer.

Barcelona got their first big player and in my eyes just a great move ... something they've been lacking since the departure of Zubizarreta ... a good goal keeper. They now officially signed Turkish national keeper Rüstü, great first move for Barca. At least they're goal is already secured now. Now something to do about that horrible defense!

Hopefully to conclude the story on Mr Beckham..

David Beckham will wear the number 23 shirt at Real Madrid next season.
The England captain was officially unveiled as the La Liga champions' new Ł25m signing on Wednesday.

Beckham, who signed a four-year deal the Spanish club on Tuesday, was introduced to more than 500 journalists from 25 countries at the club's basketball stadium.

"Beckham is here because we believe in him as a footballer. David, welcome to the dream league," Real's president Florentino Perez said.
