Summer football transfers thread - Eternal Allegiance

Now that the summer is upon us, I think its time for a summer transfer thread with maybe the rumoured, confirmed moves or any gossip that you have heard and want to share.

Well to kick us off...

Manchester United have been linked with Paris St Germain defender Gabriel Heinze. The 26-year-old, who could cost in the region of £6m, was linked with Chelsea in January.

After securing the services of Lecce's Tonetto, Sampdoria are on the verge of completing another important transfer: Kevin Hofland. The Dutch defender, who currently plays for PSV Eindhoven, will most probably be leaving his side this summer as PSV will be replacing him with Brazilian defender, Alex, from Santos.

PSV are asking for 3 million Euros, a fee which Sampdoria can reach.

Aston Villa have reached an agreement with AC Milan to sign Danish centre-back Martin Laursen for £3m.

The 26-year-old will sign a four-year deal with David O'Leary's side subject to passing a medical.

Lastly, The deal that will take Emerson from Roma to Juventus seems to be nearing its final chapter as the giallorossi have declined a Real Madrid offer, thus all pointing towards a transfer to Turin.

Inter are also in the run for the player, however the bianconeri have taken the lead and with a 12 million Euro offer should be able to land the services of the Brazilian midfielder.

So in the next hours, Luciano Moggi is expected to sign another Roma player after succeeding in bringing Jonathan Zebina on a free transfer yesterday.

There are also rumors that Morientes will go to Arsenal for 200 Million dollars

20 should sound more like it.He's closer to Chelsea though than Arsenal.

And he was also linked with Feyenoord. Like such a player ever wanted to go to Feyenoord.

Now here's a story: Everyone has heard Hitzfeild (Bayern) is gone after this season ... the new coach is the one from Stuttgart (his name slipped my mind for a second

), and the new Stuttgart coach would be ... Guus Hiddink!

Yes, pretty much confirmed by both clubs!

Korean invasion in Germany? Would he take the PSV Koreans with to Germany or just buy new ones???

Also this one wont go away.. Real Madrid prepare an improved offer of £35m for Manchester United's Dutch striker Ruud van Nistelrooy.

Arsenal dont have that kind of money, they have their new stadium to build. Arsenal would never spend that cash anyway. Looks like Smith is going to United, the deal should be sealed next week.
