Smackdown Results August 28th:

We kick off Smackdown with Latino Heat himself, Eddie Guererro in his bouncing low-rider outside the arena bouncing around. Eddie gets out and comes inside the arena. After a bit, Eddie appears in the crowd in his street clothes to a monster pop. Eddie gets on the mic and talked about how his great, great grandma cheated on getting her citizenship into the US by beating another grandma down and stealing her test answers. Cena comes out to huge heel heat. He calls Eddie a wetback who doesn't deserve the US title because he isn't even American. Cena and Eddie agree to have a US title match later on tonight. Eddie attacks Cena anyway and steals his jersey. Eddie cuts his own rap! He lies, he cheats, Cena can't handle his Latino Heat! This was an awesome segment.

Cruiserweight Title Match: Rey Mysterio (c) vs Nunzio

The FBI is back on Smackdown! Unfortunately, Palumbo and Stamboli get sent to the back before the match. This was your typical WWE cruiserweight goodness all packed into a 5 minute match. Nunzio blocked the West Coast Pop with a nice powerbomb but eventually got hit with a top rope legdrop for the pinfall for Rey. You see, I like that. Rey won with a move he usually doesn't win with but now that just adds another possible finish to all his matches.

Chris Benoit vs A-Train

I really like Benoit like all other internet smarts should but this was not particularly interesting or anything. They had a better match a few months back. Benoit was able to hit the manly chops on A-Train but that didn't really matter. A-Train kicked out of the flying headbutt but once again, that wasn't a surprise as everyone kicks out of it now. A-Train pulled the turnbuckle pad off exposing the steel bolt but he ended up getting send into it himself. Benoit then locked in the crossface for the tap out win. A-Train's feet were under the ropes (we shall get to that later) while he was tapping by the way.

Backstage, Eddie is told something happened to his car, so he goes to check it out.

Backstage, A-Train confronts Benoit about the feet in the ropes. Benoit gets pissed and starts to go after Train but Rhyno comes out of nowhere to spear Benoit through a door.

Backstage, Eddie checks out his low-rider and sees one of the wheels is missing! He asks the APA if they know anything about out. They don't. He asks Orlando Jordan and Funaki, they don't know anything. He asks the FBI and they laugh about it, so he punches them both in the face. Eddie = superstar.

Brock Lesnar comes out next and gets on the mic. He tells the crowd to shut up. He goes on a whiny rant about how he's tired of hearing "You Tapped Out". He says Angle's victory was a fluke, a mirage and a miracle. Angle appears on the Smack Tron and says Brock is a little baby. He says Brock should stop bitching. Brock demands a rematch but Taker interrupts by coming out on his back. Taker says Brock had his shot and that its now Taker's turn. Enter Big Show. Show says he is the biggest and baddest so he should get the title shot. Enter Stephanie McMahon. She decided the only fair way to solve this is problem is to make tonight's main event Brock vs Taker vs Show for the number one contenders match.

Backstage, Cena says he would NEVER jack another man's ride.

United States Title: Eddie Guererro vs John Cena

Cena comes out with Eddie's tire. Cena gets on the mic and says Eddie isn't the only one who steals but Cena is the only one who gets caught. Cena and Eddie with back and forth with a crowd as hot as you will ever see. Eddie rolled the tire into the ring and when the referee rolled it back out, Eddie whacked Cena with a chair! The totally screwed Eddie by having Cena kick out of the froggy splash. The finish was weak with Cena drawing a weak DQ with a low blow. Cena hits Eddie with his chain and then gives Eddie the FU on the tire after the match and leaves to some huge heel heat.

#1 Contender No DQ Match: Brock Lesnar vs Undertaker vs The Big Show

Our Olympic hero and WWE champion Angle is doing color commentary. This was a nice little three way match in spite of the fact that two of these guys are slugs who can hardly move. The finish saw Brock and Show tease their famous superplex spot but have Taker break it up. Taker then knocked Show off and hit the Last Ride out of the corner for the clean pin. Taker is YOUR number 1 contender. Angle and Taker have a big stare down to end the show.

Smackdown Results September 4th:

A.P.A. vs. Shelton Benjamin and Charlie Haas

Farooq starts off with Charlie Haas, a great power offence by Farooq, powerslam, near three count. The tag champs take control quickly with a double team effort.

Benjamin is tagged in, hard double axe handle to the lower back, near count. Haas is quickly tagged back in, applies pressure to the low back of his opponent.

Haas breaks the hold, off the top rope, but is caught with a powerslam by Farooq. Bradshaw tagged in, back body drop to Haas, he goes to work on Benjamin as well with a fallaway slam. Big boot to Haas, followed by a powerbomb, 1-2, Shelton makes the save.

Farooq is in, spine buster, 1-2, saved again by Shelton, quick offence. Bejamin tagged in, hits a clubbing blow to Farooq and powerslam.

Bradshaw saves his partner before the three count. Bradshaw tagged in, fierse clotheline, 1-2, Haas puts his partners foot on the rope stopping the count. Haas then cleverly hits Bradshaw with the tag belt behind the refs back, Shelton rolls up Bradshaw, grabs the tights and gets the win.

Eddie Guerrero is shown polishing his car outside the arena, suddenly a limousine pulls up, door opens, out comes Vince McMahon, Sable and the Big Show. Small talk ensues between Guerrero and Vince, then Brock Lesnar comes onto the scene. He questions why Vince hasn't returned his phone calls, and also why he's hanging out with The Big Show. Vince says that he'll talk to Brock when he wants to, but because of his loss at Summerslam, especially tapping out to Kurt Angle, Vince hasn't found a reason to return Brock's calls. Lesnar denies that he tapped out, but Vince says they'll continue their conversation in his office.

Back from commercial. Vince and Brock are blaming eachother, arguing. Vince says that he's disappointed in Lesnar because he doesn't recognize what he's capable of and saps him. Lesnar grabs Vince by the jacket and pulls him very close to him in anger. Vince tells Brock to be a monster, Lesnar looks as if he understands Vince's request.

John Cena comes down to the ring, talks trash about Guerrero. He goes on to tell how he beat up Guerrero in front of his family, he was crazy like Madonna kissing Britney Spears. Suddenly, Guerrero comes down in his low rider, he has heard enough!

Tackle by Guerrero, he's all over Cena. He chases Cena into the ring, but is clobbered by his own belt, left lying in the ring. Cena takes off in Guerrero's low rider like a thief in the night.

Back from commercial break, footage is shown of Cena driving Guerrero's ride out of the arena. Guerrero goes ballistic in front of Stephanie McMahon, she gives him an option of what type of match he wants with Cena Next week.

He chooses a Latino Street fight match in the parking lot.

Chris Benoit vs. A-Train

Benoit shows no fear as he keeps coming back for more, A-Train is all over his opponent. Whipped in the corner with such hard velocity, Benoit goes down. Chin lock applied, Benoit screams in pain. A-Train breaks loose and methodically goes to work on the kidneys.

Benoit battles back, but is cut off with a knee to the mid section, a huge suplex, gets a two count.

Bear hug by A-Train, continues to apply the pressure, he then buries Benoits back into the corner. Benoit uses his quickness, tries to knock his opponent off his feet, but to no avail.

Then out of no where he hits countless German suplexes on A-train.

Goes up the top rope, misses with the headbutt creating an opening for the big man.

Train wreck!!! 1-2, Benoit's arm is outside the ring. Benoit applies the cross face, but inadvertantly knocks out the ref. Rhyno seizes the moment, attempts a gore on Benoit but misses and hits A-train, this allows Benoit to get the pin.

Earlier conversation with The Undertaker: Taker says that he respects Angle, but he's not quite sure how far Angle is willing to go in tonights match. Because the Taker would rather have his ankle broken before tapping out. He says he knows how to beat Angle, and tonight he'll set an example.

Nidia and Torrie Wilson are shown backstage fixing themselves up, making adjustments to their bathing suits and showing eachother some dance moves, in preparation for their bikini contest.

Kurt Angle comments: He's honored to take on The Taker, but no matter how much he respects his opponent he will beat him, take him down, and make him tap. If The Taker wants a fight that's just what he'll get, because Angle is leaving New Orleans with the belt.

Stephanie questions Vince as to why there are loud noises coming from her office, Vince says that he has the right to take over her space, and that Brock Lesnar is taking care of business right now!

WWE Title: Kurt Angle vs. Undertaker

Match starts off with a lot of back and fourth action, Angle quickly goes for The Taker's legs. Quick pinning combinations by Angle. But he's not in control for long, The Undertaker uses his experience to his advantage with a vicious assault on The Champion.

Angle is laid to rest with his head hanging outside the ring aproon. Taker nails him with repeated blows to the throat. And then he hits him with a huge legdrop to the chest. High knee, Angle's back is driven into the steel post. Angle brought to the ring, takedown and big legdrop by Taker on Kurt's throat.

The vicious assault continues on Angle. Rights and lefts, Angle suddenly hooks on a sleeper hold, Taker is fading fast.

Taker hits a modified Angle slam to break free. Dragon sleeper attempt countered by a fire mans carry, then a belly to belly by Angle, two count. Angle into the corner, Taker follows in with two clotheslines. Snake eyes in the corner, big boot. Body slam is countered, Angle hooks on the ankle lock, breaks the hold hits the Angle slam. almost a three count.

Taker back to his feet, Choke slam! 1-2-, almost 3. Sets Angle up for the last ride, Angle counters wth a sunset flip, and procures on the ankle lock. Taker counters with an armbar submission, angle quickly counters with the ankle lock once again. Taker reaches for the ropes...

He reverses the hold, chokes Angle with his legs wrapped around his opponents neck, with an arm bar combo. Angle's hand drops twice, for the third time his hand hits the mat simultaneously with his foot touching the bottom rope.
Taker delivers some Old School to Angle.

Kurt quickly counters further offensive from Taker and the Ankle lock is applied once again, Taker reaches the ropes. Both men trade blows, Angle into the ropes, big boot by Taker. Signals for the choke slam, Angle counters in mid air with the ankle lock submission for the fourth time tonight! Taker counters! Choke slam by Taker! He hits the last ride, seconds before he can cover Angle, Lesnar hits Taker with a steel chair, instant DQ.

After the match, Lesnar repeatedly goes after Angle with hard chair shots to the back, and does the same to Big Evil. He then spins Angle around with a shot to the head with the title belt. The Crowd chants "You Tapped out!" Lesnar grows more frustrated as the monster from within is unleashed.

The Undertaker collapses backstage, but refuses any help. Angle is shown backatage with ice on his head, the trainers are checking his vision.

Bikini Contest: Sable, Dawn Marie, Torrie Wilson, & Nidia

All the girls come out looking great, Sable in small black, Dawn Marie looks very hot, Nidia very clumsey in her white Bikini and sneakers? Torrie Wilson looks like a goddess, she has the best body in the business, she looks great in everything. Torrie is announced as the winner by the fans ovation.

Shaniqua comes down and cleans house, leaving half naked beautiful bodies lying everywhere. Big boot the face of Torrie Wilson, ouch!

Bradshaw shows Farooq the new APA set up, showing that they're back in business, even with a butler. Both men are thrilled.

WWE Cruiserweight Title: Rey Mysterio vs. Tajiri

Quick reversals, arm drag by Mysterio. Both men return to their feet and shake hands, good sportsmanship. Mysterio goes for a leap frog from the outside of the apron, but is met with a whopping kick. Mysterio, back in the ring, goes for the 3:19 too soon, and is tossed to the outside.

Another kick by the buzz saw, this time on the outside.

Methodical approach by Tajiri, goes for a handspring elbow, is countered by Mysterio.

Almost a two count. Challenger takes control, working on the elbow of Mysterio. Arm attempt backfires, as he's thrown outside the ring. Mysterio shoots at Tajiri like a bow and arrow with a firse shoulder block to the outside.

Back and fourth action, quick covers in the ring. Bulldog by Mysterio, two count. Springboard sit down cover, 1-2. almost 3.

Mysterio ducks the superkick attempt, hits the 3:19, Mysterio goes for the spring board, but is met with a kick, almost a 3 count by the challenger. Mysterio takes a page out of Tajiri's book with the tarantula. He then hits the west coast pop from the top rope, retains his title with a three count.

After the match, Tajiri hits Mysterio with green mist to the eyes, followed by a blistering kick.

The boss Mr. McMahon makes his way to ringside, with Big Show. He says it's too bad that the WWE Championship match ended in controversy. But he says that it wont happen in two weeks when Kurt Angle defends against Brock Lesnar, in an unordinary Iron-Man match, for the first time ever on television. He then introduces his winning pick, Brock Lesnar. But he doesn't come down...

Lesnar is shown up in the sky box, he thanks Vince for reminded him who he is, "A monster!" And he proved it with his actions tonight. He then takes his actions further, he shows Vince that he has Zach Gowen tied to a wheel chair, with tape on his mouth. He then wheels Zach Gowen away from the sky box area.

He takes him to he top of he stairs, he lets Zach take a long hard look.

And then knocks him off his wheel chair onto the ground. He then taunts the defenceless Gowen, and pounds on his leg as if there's no tomorrow.

He brags about how fast Gowen's wheel chair is, he brings it to the top of the stairs, tries to choke Gowen out so he wont feel the pain on the way down.

Unexpectedly, Mr. McMahon shows a little concern from down at ringside. Gowen is then pushed down the stairs, the momentum throws Zach from his chair as he violently falls to the bottom.

Brock Lesnar then sits at the top of the stairs like a lion who is king of the jungle!

After the match Tajiri clobbers Rey with the Cruiser weight title.

Stephanie, Vince, Brock promo:

Stephanie asks Vince if he's proud of himself after ordering Zach Gowen to the arena last week, feeding him to the massive lion Brock Lesnar. Vince says that he had nothing to do with Lesnar's actions.

Steph says that she's not gullible, and she doesn't believe her father. She says that Lesnar is a liability to Smackdown! Lesnar enters the room, he asks Stephanie to repeat her comments. She does, but he says that he's gonna prove himself to be a monster next week by winning the title in the Iron Man match. Lesnar then requests a warm- up match for tonight, and he has a great idea.

He requests that he should face Kurt Angle, The Undertaker and Zach Gowen in one match. Stephanie then tells him that he knows damn well that none of those wrestlers will be on Smackdown tonight. Lesnar says that he needs a challenge tonight, he narrows it down to Stephanie McMahon. The match is set, unless Stephanie McMahon quits her job as GM tonight. Stephanie walks away, as she has a very big decision to make.

Backstage Torrie, Nidia, and Dawn Marie try to come up with a plan to take out Shaniqua.

Shaniqua vs. Dawn Marie

Clothesline by Shaniqua almost decapitates Dawn, and then she tosses her opponent out of the ring like a sack of potatoes. She tosses Dawn relentless into the outside steel steps. Picks up a steel chair, back into the ring.

[img]http://smackdown.wwe.com/results/091103/images/05.jpg[/img

]But before she can do any damage Nidia and Torrie come in to make the save. Torrie clobbers Shaniqua with the steel chair, as all three girls leave without serious injury.

Sable and Steph backstage:

Sable says that Steph should quit tonight, because she's gonna get hurt. But she respects whatever decision she chooses, but if she does quit, she's ready to take her place.

Chris Benoit vs. Rhyno

A lot of reverse action, Benoit goes for the Cross Face submission early, but Rhyno makes it to the ropes. Suplex by Benoit, corners Rhyno with rapid chops. Rhyno retaliates, swinging Benoit into the ropes, knocked to the outside. This allows some outside inteference by A-Train who pays him a suprise visit. He slams Benoit's back brutally into the outside ring post!

After an abrupt commercial break, Rhyno hits a suplex from the top rope. He gets a near three count. Rhyno has become frustrated after countless pin fall attempts, he hangs Benoit upside down in the corner and Gores him.

Still no three count. Sharpshooter submission by Rhyno, Benoit screams, but makes it to the ropes. The tables have turned, Benoit locks on a Sharpshooter of his own. Rhyno reaches the ropes. Benoit signals for his pattented Headbutt off the top rope, he takes too much time, Rhyno goes for another suplex. He instead hits a sunset flip into a power bomb on Rhyno, gets a two count. Crippler Cross Face applied, Rhyno wastes no time in tapping out.

APA is backstage playing poker with Matt Hardy and company. Shannon Moore brings Hardy his orange juice without pulp, but Matt becomes infuriated.

Farooq says that's like the pot calling the kettle black. Matt suggests a match between himself and Shannon against the APA to prove that Moore is more than just a servant, they accept. The APA then make a toast to the victims of 9/11.

Outside the parking lot, John Cena is infuriated, and looks like he's ready for his street fight w/ Eddie Guerrero.

Latino Street Fight: Eddie Guerrero vs. John Cena

The match begins, there's not a whole lot of wrestling involved, just a lot of fighting.

At one point in this match, Cena goes for a lawn mower, which is unheard of, but Guerrero counters the attempt. Backbody drops onto the hood of different automobiles. Different retaliation methods. Cena goes for a shovel, with the blink of an eyelash Guerrero moves out of contact, Cena dents the hood of a car.

Still with the lawn mower making noise in the backround, Cena's head goes through a windshield, but he's not injured as much as you would think. He hits Guerrero's head into a windshield nearby.

Then goes for a cover on the concrete floor, two count! Both men then battle it out inside of one of the vehicles, Guerrero burns Cena with a ciggarette lighter. Cena goes for an FU on the hood of a car, Guerrero counters and hip tosses Cena onto the hood himself. Out of nowhere Chavo Guerrero enters the scene, blasts Cena over the head with something hard. Eddie Guerrero climbs on the top of a truck.

And hits the Frog Splash connecting on Cena (who's still on the hood.) 1-2-3.

Eddie Guerrero complains of a headache afterwards asks for some tylenol. He kisses Chavo on the head as they both drive away.

APA vs. Matt Hardy V.1 and Shannon Moore

APA is in control, Bradshaw is all over Hardy, a vicious assault. Shannon Moore tagged in, but his efforts have no affect on his opponent. Fallaway slam by Bradshaw, followed by a swinging neck breaker. Out of nowhere, Matt Hardy clotheslines Bradshaw off the top, Shannon gets a near fall. But the brutality of the APA is too much for them to handle. Bradshaw lands a huge clothesline on Moore, and gains the victory.

After the match, The APA drink beer in the middle of the ring, celebrating their victory.

Stephanie McMahon vs. Brock Lesnar

Vince has the mic, he says it's time for Stephanie to make her decision. Either she'll quit, or face Lesnar.

He calls her a coward... suddenly Steph makes her way to ringside, wearing her wrestling attire ready for action!

Vince says, "You're actually gonna go through with this?... you know the position you're putting me in, and I don't like it." Vince says she's defying him. "You think I won't unleash this animal on you?" "Brock Lesnar is gonna break you in half and you deserve it." Lesnar grabs Steph, but she retaliates with a low blow and tries to run. Vince tries to drag Steph back in the ring, but he takes a shot to the grapefruits as well.

Outside the ring, Steph is thrown into the barricade by Lesnar. Brock lays down on the floor with Steph, trying to console her in a sick way.

He then tosses the steel steps at her, but she runs away. Steph runs off, back to the locker room, Lesnar is in persuit!

Lesnar comes back to the ring with Steph on his shoulders.

Before he can hit the F5 into the ring post, Kurt Angle comes down to make the save. Lesnar retaliates, attempts to make Angle suffer the same fate as Steph, but Angle breaks free nailing Lesnar head first into the steel pot. Angle chases both McMahon and Lesnar away. Tossing the steel steps at them both as they run up the ramp. This match was ruled as no contest.

Get ready for next week's Iron Man Match!

Smackdown Results September 18th:

Vince McMahon opened the show, saying whether you're an avid WWE fan or not, tonight, for the first time on broadcast television, you'll witness two athletes raise the bar in the 60 minute Ironman match as Kurt Angle is challenged by Brock Lesnar and the WWE Heavyweight Title is on the line! As Vince was speaking, the Undertaker showed up and he said that he thought he'd take this time to reassure Vince that he's not here to interfere in the Ironman match. He's got too much respect for the Championship for that but he's got no respect for Vince. Taker knows it was Vince that sent Brock after him in the title match against Angle. Vince knows well enough that the Undertaker doesn't forgive and he sure doesn't forget.

Michael Cole and Tazz kicked off the show on commentary, hyping up tonight's 60 minute Ironman match for the WWE Heavyweight Title with Kurt Angle defending the title against Brock Lesnar.

Chris Benoit and Rey Mysterio vs. Tajiri and Rhyno

Rey Mysterio's music hit in the arena and he made his way out to the ring as the WWE Cruiserweight Champion for a tag team match with Chris Benoit against Tajiri and Rhyno!

Chris Benoit and Tajiri locked it up in the center of the ring and Benoit put Tajiri in a side headlock and then Tajiri whipped Benoit off the ropes and Benoit came back with a hard shoulder block to send Tajiri down to the mat.

Tajiri put Chris Benoit in the tarantula and Rey Mysterio attempted to break it up but the referee restrained Rey, allowing Tajiri to hold onto the tarantula longer than usual.

After Tajiri released the hold, Rhyno got in the ring and gave Chris Benoit a vicious spinebuster.

Tajiri went for the green mist on Mysterio but Mysterio ducked it and Tajiri sprayed the green mist into the face of Rhyno.

Chris Benoit then gave Tajiri a series of German suplexes and as Benoit held onto Tajiri, Rey hit him with the 619.

Rey Mysterio was all over Rhyno.

Rey Mysterio hit Rhyno with the 619 and then he hit him with a springboard leg drop and a pin for the three count to get the win for his team.

Handicap Match - Torrie Wilson and Nidia vs. Shaniqua

Torrie Wilson's music hit in the arena and she made her way out to the ring for a Handicap Match, teaming with Nidia against the Amazon, Shaniqua.

Dawn Marie accompanied Nidia out to the ring and Shaniqua came out with her men, the Basham Brothers.

As Shaniqua hopped into the ring, Torrie and Nidia attacked her with a two on one attack and then they dumped her to the outside of the ring. Torrie and Nidia then got out of the ring and hammered away on Shaniqua to start it off with the upper hand.

Shaniqua planted Nidia with a vicious power bomb.

And then she pinned her for the three count to pick up the win.

Dawn Marie got in the ring only to get kicked in the face with a big boot. Shaniqua then tossed Dawn Marie to the outside of the ring and then picked her up and rammed her into the steel ring post, head first.

Stephanie was shown backstage and she was talking to someone on the phone. She said that tonight, the first time on TV is the Ironman match. Vince, Big Show and Sable entered the room and Vince said that he was surprised at her decision last week and Stephanie said that he can't make her quit. Big Show grabbed her and then Vince told him to unhand her. Vince said that he can make her quit and that's what he's going to do. Stephanie told Vince to fire her and get it over with.

Vince said that he does what he wants to do when he wants to. He wants her to quit. Stephanie said she's not going to and Vince said that if she's going to start playing rough and kick her in the groin, then he's going to start playing rough and one day, she's going to beg him to quit.

Eddie Guerrero was shown and Chavo showed up and their match is next against Charlie Haas and Shelton Benjamin. Eddie asked him how he pulled it off, getting them a tag team title shot? Chavo said that he went to Stephanie and talked about Los Guerreros being back together and how they deserve a title shot and she agreed and gave them a match tonight. Chavo told Eddie that after tonight, he's not only going to be the United States Champion but he's going to be one half of the WWE Tag Team Champions with Chavo.

Eddie said that he thinks he can use more gold and Chavo said that he's going to look great. Chavo then said let's stop talking about it and go out there and kick some butt and bring home the WWE Tag Team Titles to grandma!

John Cena was shown on the roof of a building and he did a rap on Eddie Guerrero, saying that next week, he's up against Eddie Guerrero in a one on one match for the United States Title and he's taking it.

Los Guerreros celebrated their title win in the ring and Eddie Guerrero now has two titles around his waist!

A number WWE Superstars were shown backstage and hey were getting a seat in front of a monitor for the Ironman match.

Smackdown Spoilers September 25th:

Spoiler!
A red carpet was put down in the ring for the WWE Championship presentation to Brock Lesnar. Vince McMahon and Sable came out to the ring, but Kurt Angle's music hit, and Angle came out. Vince said he expected Angle to come out and bitch about his loss, and told Angle that he was going to have to work his way back up the ladder if he wants a title shot. Angle said he was there to "kick Brock's ass" and said either Brock could come to the ring, or he could go to the back and find him. John Cena came out instead, and cut a rap on Angle for losing the title, and told Angle that he "sucks". Angle beat up Cena, tossing him from the ring, and Cena retreated. Since Brock would not come to the ring, Angle went to the back to look for him. Angle broke into Brock's dressing room, but Brock was not there, so Angle trashed the room. As Angle was leaving the room, Cena attacked Angle and ran off. When Angle got up, he went off in pursuit of Cena.

John Cena ran from the building, got in a car and left. Kurt Angle ran out, saw him driving off, and commandeered Vince McMahon's limo to follow him.

Los Guerreros defeated Matt Hardy & Shannon Moore to retain the WWE Tag Team Championship when Eddie pinned Moore with a frog splash. After the match, as Chavo was leaving, Matt Hardy gave Eddie the Twist Of Fate onto one of the tag title belts. Chavo ran back in to make the save, but Charlie Haas came in from the crowd and knocked Chavo from the ring. Haas then put Eddie in the Haas Of Pain.

It had been announced earlier that Eddie was going to have to defend the U.S. Title against Haas later tonight.

A-Train came to the ring and got on the mic, ripping on the fans in Philadelphia and even getting in Tazz' face. He said he is tired of hearing how he can't beat Chris Benoit. A-Train ended up beating on the timekeeper before Benoit came out. The two brawled, and Benoit locked on the Crippler Crossface. A-Train broke the hold, standing up out of it, and tossed Benoit to the floor. A-Train then cracked Benoit with a chair, leaving him laying.

Backstage, Eddie Guerrero was in pain from the Charlie Haas attack. The trainer said perhaps he shouldn't wrestle tonight, but Eddie told the trainer not to tell him what to do. Eddie walked off, determined to wrestle, with Chavo supporting him.

Backstage, Vince McMahon told a production assistant that they would be having the WWE Title presentation to Brock Lesnar tonight.

Josh Matthews interviewed Charlie Haas. Haas said that he took out Eddie Guerrero tonight just like the Guerreros took out his partner Shelton Benjamin last week. He vowed to take the Unites States Title tonight, the same way the Guerreros took his Tag Team Title last week.

In a really good, and long, match, Yoshihiro Tajiri defeated Rey Mysterio to win the Cruiserweight Championship. Tajiri spewed red mist at Rey and delivered a kick to the head for the win.

Jamie Noble & Bradshaw defeated The Basham Brothers by disqualification. Bradshaw hit the Clothesline From Hell on Doug and Shaniqua ran in and hit Bradshaw for the DQ. During the match, Shaniqua clotheslined Nidia on the floor.

Charlie Haas vs. Eddie Guerrero for the U.S. Title is next.

Footage of Rock at his Hollywood premiere for "The Rundown" was shown.

It was announced that there would be an update on Zach Gowen next week.

Big Show defeated Arch Kincaid & John Walters in a handicap match. Show then joined Tazz and Michael Cole to provide commentary.

Vince McMahon was about to have some fun with Sable when Stephanie McMahon showed up in the office and reminded Vince that she won't quit her job as General Manager.

Eddie Guerrero defeated Charlie Haas with a frog splash to retain the U.S. Title. Big Show attacked Guerrero before the match and tossed him into the ringpost back first. The story of the match was Haas working on Guerrero's back. Near the end, Haas tried to use the title belt, but the referee stopped him. There was a ref bump, and Haas charged at Guerrero, but Eddie had grabbed the belt and draped it over a corner. Guerrero sidestepped Haas, who collided with the belt in the corner. Eddie then delivered the splash for the pin.

Smackdown ended with the title ceremony. Vince McMahon presented the belt to Brock Lesnar, who talked about how he is unstoppable. The Undertaker came in, and confronted Brock about their number one contender's match a few weeks ago (which Brock hit Taker with a chair). Undertaker revealed that at No Mercy, he will challenge Brock for the WWE Championship.

Vince McMahon got in Undertaker's face, asking who made that match. Stephanie McMahon came out and revealed that she made the match. Vince threatened to wrestle Stephanie himself if she didn't change the match. Stephanie stood her ground, so Vince McMahon announced that he will wrestle his daughter in an "I Quit" match at No Mercy and force her to quit.

The show ended with a brawl, and Undertaker chokeslamming Brock Lesnar.

Smackdown Results September 25th:

The Smackdown! fireworks went off in the arena and Tazz and Michael Cole kicked it off on commentary and tonight, the Brock Lesnar Era as WWE Champion begins for the third time! Tonight, three titles are up for grabs, including the Cruiserweight Crown with Tajiri getting a shot at Rey Mysterio. Also, Los Guerreros put their titles on the line against Matt Hardy and Shannon Moore. And for the first time in Smackdown! history, one athlete will defend two titles on the same night and that's Eddie Guerrero doing double duty as he defends the United States title against Charlie Haas!

A shot of the WWE Heavyweight Championship was shown in the ring.

And the red carpet was rolled out and Vince McMahon's music hit in the arena and he made his way out to the ring with Sable on his arm.

Vince said that last week here on Smackdown!, history was made as we witnessed two world class athletes compete in a one hour Ironman match. After the 60 grueling minutes, there was one man who stood tall and one man who was superior and that's why all of you were here in this arena tonight. It's why Vince and Sable are here because tonight, they will indeed honor that superior athlete; that one man who can rightfully call himself the WWE Champion. So without further adieu...

Kurt Angle's music hit in the arena and he made his way out to the ring to interrupt Vince McMahon. Vince told the fans to give it up for Kurt Angle and then he told Kurt not to get too close because he doesn't want this Championship belt to fall over. Vince then said that he knows why Kurt is out here and that's because he wants to set for the record, Brock Lesnar cheated, hit him with a chair, gave him a low blow and hit him with the very Championship belt that they're about to give to Brock. In other words, he wants to bitch and whine. Ok, maybe that's not why he's here but Vince thinks he knows why Kurt is here. He's here tonight because he wants to challenge Brock Lesnar for the Championship here in Philadelphia. The fans cheered and Vince said that's not going to happen, folks. It's not going to happen tonight and he doesn't know when it's going to happen. As far as Vince is concerned, for him to get a title shot, he's going to start from the bottom and work his way up.

Kurt Angle being the first Olympic Gold Medalist in the history of the WWE, Vince is proud of that. Kurt's a sportsman and he's got a heart. Vince thinks he's here because Kurt wants to honor the superior athlete and wish well and make a presentation of the title to Brock Lesnar himself, is that right? Kurt Angle finally took the microphone out of Vince's hands and he said that he didn't come out here to congratulate Brock. He came out here to kick his ass! You see, Kurt realized that Vince isn't going to give him a title shot anytime soon so tonight, one of two things is going to happen. One, Brock Lesnar comes down here and Kurt beats the hell out of him. Or two, Kurt goes back there, finds Brock and beats the hell out of him. The choice is up to Brock Lesnar. Kurt then said "Let's go" to Brock and to get it on.

John Cena's music hit in the arena and he made his way out to the ring. John Cena took the mic and he told Kurt Angle to quit his bitching because he's turned into a whiner. Last week, he lost the title and now he's got a vagina. Kurt took exception to that and nailed John Cena with some hard right hands and then he tossed him over the top rope to the outside of the ring. Kurt Angle then said that Brock Lesnar is obviously not coming out, so Kurt Angle is going back there for him. Angle then got out of the ring and walked towards the backstage area and cameras took us to the backstage area where Kurt Angle went through the rooms looking for Brock Lesnar. Kurt went up to Brock Lesnar's locker room door and charged right in and started to say that Brock's ass is his but Brock was nowhere to be found. Kurt tossed Lesnar's bag across the room and then Cena came out of nowhere and attacked Kurt Angle in the backstage area.

John Cena fled the scene, quickly running out of the arena, getting in a car and leaving. But behind him was Kurt Angle and he ran into the parking lot and asked a guy if he saw Cena and the guy told him that he peeled off and Kurt told the guy to follow him and the guy started to tell Kurt that this is Mr. McMahon's limo but Kurt Angle didn't seem to care as he grabbed the guy, told him to get in the car and go.

Tag Team Championship Match - Matt Hardy and Shannon Moore vs. Los Guerreros

Eddie and Chavo Guerrero rolled up in their low rider, new with www.LowRiders.com across the top of the windshield and this is a tag team match with Los Guerreros defending the Tag Team Titles against Matt Hardy and Shannon Moore!

Matt Hardy started it off in the ring against Eddie Guerrero and the two locked it up and Matt shoved Eddie back and then posed to taunt Guerrero. Guerrero locked it up with Matt once again and this time, Eddie put Matt in a side headlock and Matt whipped Eddie off the ropes but as he went off the ropes, Chavo tagged himself into the ring and caught Matt off guard.

Eddie whipped Shannon Moore into Chavo, who came off the top rope with a cross body on Shannon. Eddie then immediately hopped onto Shannon and pinned him for a two count.

Matt Hardy went for the Twist of Fate on Eddie Guerrero but Eddie shoved Matt into the ropes to avoid it.

Shannon went for a hopping neck breaker from the second rope but he missed. Chavo then hooked Shannon Moore in a back suplex and then Eddie came off the top rope with the frog splash to pick up the win and retain the titles!

As Los Guerreros were celebrating in the ring, Matt Hardy got in the ring and attacked Eddie Guerrero and then he gave him the side effect onto the tag team title.

As Chavo Guerrero attended to Eddie, Charlie Haas came out and disposed of Chavo Guerrero and then he put Eddie Guerrero in the Haas of Pain in an attempt to get an advantage over Eddie for his match later tonight! Haas then left Eddie Guerrero laying in the ring.

A-Train's music hit in the arena and he made his way out to the ring and he tossed the steel steps
