Bologna 3-1 Parma

A small setback for Parma's progress, but a result that isn't odd considering that Bologna have not taken 17 out of the last 21 points (5 wins - 2 draws) and have moved up into 9th place!


Saturday 5th February
Palermo .v. Juventus - A tough match for Juve after losing in midweek.. I'd go for a draw
Sampdoria .v. Fiorentina - 5th .v. 16th .. although a month ago these teams were A LOT closer!

Sunday 6th February
AC Milan .v. Lazio - Another win for AC! .. and possibly more of the gap closed
Atalanta .v. Livorno - Another defeat for Atalanta..
Brescia .v. Udinese
Cagliari .v. Lecce
Chievo .v. Messina
Parma .v. Inter Milan - 1-1 Draw!!

Roma .v. Bologna - Despite Bologna's recent good form, I think this is where it will come to an end. Roma to win 2-0[/i]

Palermo have the 3rd best defensive in Serie A (behind Juve and AC) .. I didn't think Juventus were going to go there and get a good result, especially after what happened in midweek. This result moves Palermo into 6th place and Sampdoria's win moves them into 4th place, level on points with Inter Milan.

I am really disapointed with that result, I expected more. The match report wasnt much better.

This means Milan gets a second chance to get in a good position to end #1. If they win against Lazio, the gap will only be 2 points.
