Sunday 30th January
AC Milan 0-1 Bologna
Atalanta 1-2 Juventus
Brescia 0-1 Lecce
Cagliari 1-0 Fiorentina
Reggina 2-1 Lazio
Roma 3-2 Messina
Sampdoria 1-1 Siena

Juventus now have an 8 point lead! From a personal point of view, I hope AC Milan keep up this form! It gives Man United a good chance against them in the CL.

Roma came back from a goal down against Messina to move up into 4th place - they're a point behind Udinese. Victory for Inter Milan later would move them into 3rd place.. but wins aren't something that come easily for Inter.

Sunday 30th January
Palermo 0-2 Inter Milan

Well.. I was right about the amount of goals in this match. It's moved Inter Milan up into 3rd place, but still 15 points behind Juventus.. I think the title may realistically be between only two teams now.. if even that!

Wednesday 2nd February
Fiorentina .v. Palermo
Inter Milan .v. Atalanta
Juventus .v. Sampdoria
Lazio .v. Brescia
Lecce .v. Roma
Livorno .v. Reggina
Messina .v. AC Milan
Siena .v. Cagliari
Udinese .v. Chievo

Thursday 3rd February
Bologna .v. Parma

I think that Inter Milan will follow up their win against Palermo yesterday with another win in mid-week. Basically, I can't see them drawing with Atalanta! I wonder how AC Milan will react to two defeats in a row. Messina are a team with good home form and bad away form recently, so it could be tough for the 2nd placed side.

OMG:

The Viola have managed to shock the transfer market by signing Lecce’s Valeri Bojinov.

In a relatively quiet transfer market, Fiorentina have completed the most surprising move of the past month. Dino Zoff’s squad has in fact signed young prodigy Valeri Bojinov in exachange for 13 million Euros and midfielder Jaime Andres Valdes.

This transfer comes as a surprise due to the fact that the highly rated 18 year-old Bulgarian striker was heavily linked in the past week with a move to either Chelsea or Palermo.

Serie A and CL are two different competitions. For all we know, late February, Milan will be playing their best football again. Hopefully for United's sake not though. I can't wait for the CL to begin again.
