Juventus - Lazio would have once been considered a massive tie at the top, now it is a match between the Serie A leaders and an average midtable side. Lazio will be down after being knocked out of the UEFA Cup last night and I don't see that it is likely they will get anything this weekend - not even a goal.
Inter Milan are up against Messina - a team 6th (2 places above them) and will hope to swap their paint brushes for all 3 points, for the first time in the league since September (I think) Their rivals, AC Milan, should be able to take all 3 points against 18th placed Parma.
The closeness in midtable can be highlighted by this fact - Palermo moved up almost half the table with their win last weekend. They're now 5th, I think they were 14th. Cagliari in 4th have 19 points. Livorno in 15th have 16 points!

11 places, 3 points.
