August 30th. That was a game between Reggina and Sampdoria that ended 2-2.

Then it's starting later every season. Emma, weren't you a little early with creating this thread then?

Seeing as how the teams ended last season, I'd say Chievo - Inter will be the best match that weekend.

And interesting transfers.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic leaves Ajax and will this season for Juventus. Good signing, although he sometimes seems to be a trouble maker. *shrug*

Mido (he came with Ibrahimovic to Ajax) moves from Marseille to AS Roma. And that same Roma contracted Rudi Voller to be their new coach.

The first game of this season has just finished!

Chievo 2-2 Inter Milan

Stankovic gave Inter the lead after 15 minutes, but it was Chievo who impressed most in the first half. They equalised 12 minutes later through Semioli and then went ahead 2-1 8 minutes before half-time with a goal from Pellissier. Inter Milan responded 3 minutes into the second-half, Adriano finding the back of the net for them.

Next up - AC Milan .v. Livorno

I predict a home win for Milan, 3-0.
