Yes, United plays exciting matches. When Ruud plays, he most of the times (not always ofcourse ) scores, but it's weird he's needed that much. Saha, Rooney, Ronaldo, Giggs, they have enough offensive players.

Sunday 14th November
Atlanta 0-0 Brescia
Cagliari 3-3 Inter
Fiorentina 1-1 Livorno
Lazio 2-1 Bologna
Lecce 0-1 Juventus
Milan 2-1 Siena
Palermo 2-0 Sampdoria
Parma 2-2 Chievo
Reggina 1-0 Roma
Udinese 1-1 Messina

Will it be 4-4 next week!? It's nice that Inter Milan can score and not lose, but inevitably results like this will lead to nothing special at the end of the season..

4 more draws as well along with that match. This is becoming a bit of a habit for Serie A teams. Juventus and AC Milan managed to win still and that alone puts them very much clear at the top:

1. Juventus. 31.
2. AC Milan. 25.
3. Udinese. 19.

4th, Messina - 17 points .. 19th, Siena .. 11 points. Close maybe!?

Inter gets worse and worse, well they did come back from behind so thats an achievement.

Another bad result for Roma. Things are looking great for Juve.

Weird Serie A season. The top 3 is far away from the rest (especially Juve and Milan), but the rest is very close. I wonder who'll end #1 in the end, I have no idea.

I'm more interested in seeing who can end at #3 and #4 , afterall, those are the two entry places into the CL! Imagine if teams like Udinese and Messina managed it - would be great for both those clubs.

Realistically, I think it's only a matter of time before Inter Milan can turn their drawing run into a few wins. I don't see things improving quickly for Roma, Lazio or Parma though; which will leave that gap for at least one team to get into the top 4 that wouldn't usually be able to.

And it also would be nice for United fans ofcourse. Drawing Messina in a CL group seems a lot easier than Inter. If United can qualify the CL ...

But I agree with you, I also can see Inter climbing to #3 or #4. Remember though, everything's very close, so we can find the excitement this year in the middle.

Qualification for the CL for United is possible, though I can't see it being gained by finishing in 1st or 2nd. Newcastle and Liverpool are considered as two big CL contenders, yet we have beaten both so far this season and surely will be out of this average run of form soon (we've only lost once in 18 matches in all competition - not poor) We're not scoring a lot lately, but with the talented players we have, once it's all gelled and Ferguson knows his best team, I see us moving up into 3rd place. One thing to note is that we have the 2nd best defensive record in the country - so we don't concede many.

I think we'll have a lot of excitement in Serie A for 4th place - the same can be said for the Premiership (Middlesbrough, Everton, Liverpool, Bolton, Newcastle - all could finish 4th) Definitely lots of excitement for the UEFA Cup places as well!

Inter should climb up the table once they stop conceding so much. Definately like Man Utd!

Indeed. I can see both as Top 4 finishers in their respective leagues. If not, it would be a great loss for either side..

I was just thinking, I watched some of the Roma match on Setanta Sports and it was so poor, it was pathetic, instead of having a proper commentary, we had to wait until the Italian commentary said the players names before the commentator would say them lol. You could hear the Italian commentators so easily. It was funny.
